Just a general list of crossovers and what they might work good going in my head. Never actually gonna put a story out I'm not that kinda person no writing skills to speak of.
Bloodborne and Darksouls is a very simple crossover and as such you can probably do what you want.
Bloodborne & RWBY is a different topic all together. The mc has no knowledge about their past in the bloodborne lore, there is no need to know when there is a hunt in my opinion, and would also not want to date a bunch of teenagers and possibly start a plague when they want 'more' for all you weird writers. It would be more of a story about a character who just doesn't fit in and doesn't try to yet is also completely insane based upon RWBY moral standards
Mass effect would and could be interesting, since the great ones exist the possibility to learn space travel via an alternative ability does exist and is most definitely used, if we go off the true ending of bloodborne unless out character never finished the fight, or is completely insane from the start and would probably instigated anouther cycle when he could the the world bloodborne is based off of could very quickly be dominated and ruled by 1 power or 1 religion. With the best possible outcome mass effect would have to face hordes of criminal beasts/kin and groups of hunters who even after death shall not die. Worst possible outcome would be aliens fine the planet in ruins with only beasts and kin roaming around in the ruins of society with the last 'normal' human does his best to fight to end his nightmare. This list does not and will not include mc gets teleported and joins shepherds crew, I find those super unappealing and boring, why join the group at the start rather then be at the right place at the right time and never being a true member, to even being an alternative enemy who hates all alien life but is also the best warrior that galaxy has and ever will see
(Ranted with mass effect, to many variations and variables to count like what pacts you swore and stuff, the weapons you use and you age, gender, skin, voice, all those can change a story)
Worm, this one is quite simple, for anyone who doesn't know what worm is it's basically female protagonist in American mha but way way worse. Interesting plot to use for a story because of how many variables you can add in to no true consequences. But this story would be more of a off on their own type story since the PTR would never allow a WARD to use an even slightly lethal weapons unless they get hounded by the media and stuff, plus consuming the blood of others to strengthen one's self would be a major red flag for mental health problems which I shouldn't have to point out if going to be a recurring theme, she would probably stay in the general area till the leviathan fight where it would be best to have the father die to allow for more freedom of movement. It would be a political shitstorm for you writers to figure out if ya don't know the politics of the universe anyway, but it would be pretty interesting.
Any group reincarnated anime like arifruetta or kuno desu na ( forgot the last part but ya get the idea) ect would work and be quite easy to implement, main problem would be keeping the 'hero' from being viewed in a bad light or in some cases trying to comprehend why their on the other side.
Single reincarnation anime like youjo senki and some others I never bothered to remember would be much harder to implement but could have a much grander story. Of course in the form of my suggestion they would need to be either reincarnated again or transported there, either of those 2 or option 3 the country teleports or a portal to the other land opens and cannot close.
Gate, Japanese enter gate into special region not stains gate or others. This one would be more along the lines of the gate open to a WH40K death world and thus a complete stomp. Of course this one is gonna be slightly different, first off this could take place after the end of yharnam or during the early hours, thus the empire is gonna have a plague of beasts and if e city was already dead then Mc could just travel to the empire as the gods close the gate leaving the curse of the second gate maintained
