It’s been three years since our divorce,

Our love remained for thirty years,

I wondered if a love lasted for that long,

Why couldn’t it been stronger enough for it to last forever?

We committed under the lords words,

How come I was the only one who remained by it?

We fought a lot,

Forgetting our children where in the next room from us,

I would came home late because I had late shifts at work every night,

I was too tired to give you what you wanted and so I am the one to blame?

Imagining her all over your body,

The nights I lay in that lonely bed of ours,

You text me your out with your mates but I’m not blind,

I remember how I use tuck our children to bed,

You haven’t seen the little two boys in a while,

They don’t seem little anymore,

I wonder if you regret it,

How you acted upon your family?

You lost it all, for what?

A girl for a one night stand?

Seeing the look on your face in that court room somehow that makes me feel a lot better and you know it.
