Why can't I found my love?
Is he too busy roaming around the wrong kind?
Is he just waiting for me to come by?
Is he playing it simple and am I looking to close?
My siblings found it easy,
A broken heart is what I own,
A lonely heart is only grown,
Love is a trick,
That I have learnt alone,
A ring on the finger doesn't solve it all but I still keep mine on,
They treat me differently when I tell them my story so I decided not to mention my illness to you,
I remember the kiss we shared that day,
I guess I was stupid to think a kiss wouldn't make you feel like that,
Fireworks and floating into the air,
Did you feel it too?
If I kiss you,
Would you kiss me back like then?
I don't believe in love but I want to make it work,
Don't ask me why,
You already know why,
I shouldn't be thinking about you like this but the drugs are in my veins,
So I got no control over my insanity,
My hair is getting thinner and here I lay without a manicure beside you
