" WHAT? HE ENGAGED YOU?" My brother shouted shocked as I told him that Sunghoon wants to marry me.
"Why are you so shocked?" I asked confused not knowing why he's acting like this
"FUCK. I literally told him to let you-" as he wanted to finish the sentence he looked at me while I crossed my arms and raised one of my eyebrow
"What did you told him" I asked little angrily
"Uhm.. ahah nothing " he said as he scratched the back of his head
"What did you told him?" I asked now more angrily as I stood up to face him
"Sorry I have to go" he said as he quickly took his jacket but I stopped him
"Hyung, don't act like you're younger than me and tell me. What did you told him" I asked again as both of us sat down
"Sorry, Jakey." he said as be looked down avoiding eye contact with me
"Tell me"
"Last time me and Sunghoon met at cafeteria. There I told him that he has 2 days to leave you alone because he doesn't deserves you" as he said that I literally wanted to punch him in the face
"Didn't I told you to not stick your nose into my business?" I asked annoyed
"Yeah, but I don't trust him. What if he hurts you like last time?"
"I know you care about me bro. But you need to leave me alone and care about yourself. Look at you, you still don't have girlfriend because you only care about me and our business "
" But I do it because you're my only family. I can't loose you like we lost our parents " as he said the word 'parents' I literally wanted to throw up
"Those people should never be called 'parents'. If you forgot those people used to abuse me when you were here taking care of the company" I said as I then rolled my eyes
"Yeah, I know but still.. wait.. the police said that our parents killed each other but I don't believe it. Do you maybe know what happened that day?" as he said that I almost choked on my own saliva
Come on, why did he had to bring this up?
Actually, I didn't told him that it was me who killed out parents, but today I guess I have to say it. Hope he doesn't kill me.
"Uhm... what if I tell you that actually someone killed them?" I asked little scared for my own life
"Huh? What are you talking about?" he asked confused and curious at the same time
"Well, that day when I came home our so called dad started to beat me up while I accidentally laid on the glass that was on the floor. My back was full of blood and when I looked at so called mom, she was just smiling at me when suddenly she come to me with a knife in her hand and tried to cut my lips into a beautiful smile because she thought I was ugly. So yeah, I then found a glass and cut her throat. While dad was trying to stop the bleeding I went to kitchen and took bigger knife. Dad ran to me but I stabbed him 10 times so yeah. I killed them. " as I said that my brother looked shocked at me.
I thought he would run away or look in disgust at me but nope. He started crying, I literally didn't knew what to do.
"Minghao, are you okay ? Why are you crying?" I asked confused as I touched his hand
"My baby brother, I'm so sorry, I couldn't protect you" He said as he came to me and hugged my waist while being on his knees
"Hyung, it's okay please don't cry" I said as I hugged him back as I also went on my knees
"I'm so sorry. I wish I could be there at that time and save you from those monsters. I wasn't able to save you. Please forgive me. " he whined while crying like a baby.
I also almost started crying too but I had to act cool because I had to calm my brother from crying.
"Please, stop crying. It ain't your fault. " I said tapping his head
"I'm so sorry. Thank god you didn't tell the police anything. I wouldn't survive it alone if you had to spend your whole life in prison" he said as he wiped his tears away from his face
"Ahah don't worry. Even if they find out that it was me, I wouldn't spend my life in prison because I had reason why I killed them."
"True true okay. I'm sorry for crying in-front if you like a big baby. And also, sorry for sticking my nose into your business with Sunghoon's. I hope you two will live happily forever together. And when is the wedding? " his last question surprised me a little which made me giggle a little
"Well, we haven't talked about it yet." I said with an awkward smile
"Oh okay, well when you talk about it, hope I'm gonna be the first one to get the wedding invitation, hahah" he laughed a little and so I did too
"Of course, you will be the one who I'm gonna sent the invitation to my wedding" I said as I gave him a big smile
"Aww my baby brother. You're already engaged while I haven't found anyone yet" he said as he stood up
"Hahah maybe at my wedding you will find someone" I said as I winked at him and also stood up
"Hopefully, anyway you should go to your future husband and talk to him about the wedding. I already need to find someone" he said as he sat on his chair
"Hahah, yes I will talk to him about it. I will go now. Byee" I said as I then walked away from his office and went back to Sunghoon's apartment.
I was really happy that Minghao didn't judged me nor killed me because of what I did in the past. I'm really thankful to him. He supports me in everything I do, I wish I could do something good for him too.

Heloo everyone. New chapter is out now hope you guys like it. This chapter ain't really interesting but maybe the next one will be? Idk haha. Anyway, I was supposed to update this chapter yesterday but I decided that today I will update two chapters so yeah... new chapter will come today but little but later.. maybe in like 4 hours?
