"In this, there are drugs that they kept selling it illegally and-" my worker was explaining something to me when suddenly my phone rang.
I looked at who's calling me and it was Jake but I ignored the call.
"Go on" I said to my worker and he then started to explain when again Jake called me, I put my phone on mute when suddenly he called me again.
"Sorry I need to take this" I said to my worker as I stood up with my phone in hands and then went away from the office to finally pick up his call.
"What do you want?" I asked little annoyed when suddenly I heard someone else's voice
"Why do you keep looking at you phone kitten? Are you trynna call the police, hmm?" it was a man's voice
"GET THE FUCK OUT" I heard Jake shouting which made me worried
"Let's have fun" another man said, now I know that there are more men than just one
"Go away"
"Don't cry, you're gonna enjoy this kitten. Now suck it" as I heard the last sentence I quickly hung up the call, took my jacket and went out of the company
"Where are you going?" Yujin asked
"Find where Jake is . NOW" I said to my bodyguards and her
She quickly went to the other workers while my bodyguards went to their cars and so I did too trying to find Jake's destination
"Sunghoon, someone saw him going to a bar called ****. After few minutes he went away" Yujin said right after 2 minutes
"Thank you" I said as I started driving while my bodyguards were following me
I knew where the bar was so it wasn't hard for me to find it.

After 5 minutes I got there. I got out of my car and looked around thinking I might see him but nope.
"Look everywhere " I said to my bodyguards and they started looking everywhere and so I did too
I started running while looking for Jake. When suddenly I found myself in darkness. I couldn't see well, as it was really dark.
I still looked everywhere when suddenly I heard some weird noises. I stopped walking to hear from where the noises are coming from. The were little close to me.
I ran forwards when I saw 5 men and one of them was Jake. Jake was laying on the floor while the others tried to take off his jeans and kiss him.
I quickly took my gun and shoot one of them in the chest.
"TOUCH HIM ONCE AGAIN AND I WILL KILL YOU" I yelled, pointing the gun at them
"Fucker who the fuck you think you are?" One of the men asked as he walked closer to me but I shot his leg and then shot other 2 in the shoulder.
"Jake" I ran to him as I hugged him while the men were on the floor whining from the pain
"Are you okay? They didn't do anything bad to you right? You could protect yourself a little, right?" I asked as I panicked checking his face if he didn't got hurt
"I'm okay" he said as he hugged me back
"My love, I'm sorry. I will make them pay for what they tried to do to you, okay? I won't leave you ever again, I'm sorry baby" I said kissing him everywhere when finally also my bodyguards came
"Take them to the secret area. Torture them till tomorrow" I said to the bodyguards and they quickly took the men away from us
"I'm so sorry" I said once again
"It's okay, they didn't do anything to me except slapping my face" he said as he chuckled little
I still could smell the alcohol from his mouth, meaning he's still drunk and doesn't know what he's saying.
"Slapping your beautiful face isn't something you should smile about" I said as I grabbed his face, make him look at me
"You left me, why are you here?" His sudden question made me little confused as he stood up
"You called me, so I went to save you" I said as I also stood up but he just chuckled
"Why did you drank so much?" I asked him
"So, I could sign those divorce papers without crying" he said before he fell asleep
"Jake?" I asked but he didn't answered
I took him in a bridal style and took him to my car and started driving to the apartment.

As we got home, I put him on the bed and covered him with a blanket before going to the bathroom for wet towel when suddenly he grabbed my wrist.
"You're leaving again?" He asked not opening his eyes
"No, I'm just gonna take the wet towel and come back" I said trying to walk away but he didn't let me go
"Why do you want to divorce? You don't love me anymore?" He asked as the tears fell on his cheeks
"I love you more than my whole life. You're everything I have" I said as I sat beside him, wiping away his tears
"Then why do you want to leave me?" he asked finally opening his eyes
" I thought it's better to leave you because if I stay with you, you won't be able to forget or forgive me about what I did to you in the past" I explained
"If I didn't forgave you. Why would I still love you then?" he asked as he turned away from me, his back facing me
"I thought... you regretted marrying me. That's why I wanted to leave you alone, so you could live your own life"
"Shut up." he suddenly said as he grabbed my hand, making me touch his waist
"Lay next to me" he said
I didn't think twice as I felt sorry for what he had to go through those 2 days without me.
I laid next to him and hugged him.
He turned to face me and hugged me back, which surprised me.
"Leave me again and I'm gonna kill you like I killed those two girls" he whispered which made me chuckle
"I won't leave you anymore. I will stay by your side forever even in the new life. I will find you and never leave you" I said as I kissed his forehead and then heard him snoring.
I smiled as I found him really cute.
Yes, I am dumb for what I did two days ago. But I won't leave him anymore, I will stay with him forever and protect him even if it means death. He's my everything and I'm sorry for what I did in the past.
