I was stunned by the person who stood right in front of me.

The majestic fire lady looked at me with a gentle smile on her face. She was waiting for something, then I realized that she was waiting for my answer.

"Yes! We do need help very much."

I simply replied with a shaking voice.

"Humu! Humu! ..."

The fire lady nodded happily then turned to face the shadows.

"...Then I can not ignore a cry for help from the cutie like you"

The fire lady prepared her battle stance. She gripped both her sword and shield firmly. The shadows too prepared themselves for the battle.

Both of them stared at each other for a moment, then the fire lady was the first one to move.

She dashed into the hoard of her opponent quickly.

To respond to the approach of their enemy, the shadows began to attack too, but the fire lady dodged all of their attacks effortlessly.

After dodging the attacks, The fire lady got close to the shadows. She started her attack by slashing a dozen of them with one single blow, then she kicked, stabbed, and blasted her fire from her sword.

Unfortunately, even with the ferocious attack of their enemy, the shadows didn't reduce in their size at all and the fire lady seemed to realize this as well.

She moved back to my front, then asked us a question.

"Can you girls move? I saw that little shark girl was injured."

I looked at Gura's knee as soon as had been asked.

Gura looked at me too and she nodded as an answer.

"We can!"

I answered the fire lady.

"Alright then! When I give you guys a signal, run to your back, okay!"

The fire lady said as she raised her sword.

"But!..."

I recalled that there was a fence right behind us but as soon as I turned back, there was no fence there.

I was confused, Gura was too, but we didn't have time for that. We had to wait for the fire lady's signal.

The fire lady's sword was surrounded by the blazing flame, and when it was fully charged. The fire lady shouted.

"Now!"

She shot her flame onto the shadows as soon as she yelled her signal.

I grabbed Gura's arm and started to run once again, but this time with the fire lady.

We didn't have time to watch how the attack landed. All we knew was that we had to run away from here as far as we could.
