You know being born quirkless in a world mostly made up of superhumans with special powers or abilities isn't easy. Less than twenty percent of the earth's population is born without quirks and we are seen as weak and worthless. Even though many people used to ridicule and even still pity me I try not to let it keep me down and I always smile no matter what.
Coffee Shop worker: Check that out.
He was referring to what was on the television now everyone was watching it.
Newscaster: A string of deadly fires have rocked the city. Heroes are working tirelessly to put them out and catch the villain responsible.
Random Person #1: Wow I sure am scared that they still haven't caught whoever is responsible for burning down all of these buildings. A lot of people have died.
Random Person #2: You just need to believe that the heroes will find them and stop them. They always save the day with their amazing powers.
Coffee Shop worker: Here's your order.
(Y/N): Oh right, thanks.
They handed me my order and I decided to take it to go. While I was walking I could see several clouds of black smoke rising high above the city. The fire villain must be back at it again. I dropped my stuff and ran in the direction of the closest one which was only a few blocks away. When I got there a huge crowd had formed and the building being burned was city hall.

Random Person #1: Where's the fire department?
Random Person #2: Where are the heroes?
Random Person #3: Did everyone get out safely?
Random Person #4: There are still people inside!
Random Person #5: Please someone help me, my wife is still inside!
Random Person #6: It's too dangerous. We need to wait for the heroes.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. There are innocent people inside and they want to wait. I pushed my way through the crowd and ran inside the building.
Random Person #7: Idiot come back here, it's not safe.
I didn't listen and went inside the building. The fire was everywhere and the heat was intense. In the distance I could hear people calling for help faintly.
???: Help. Help.
It sounded like it was coming from above so I found the staircase and took it to the third floor where the calls were the loudest.
