(Y/N)'s POV age: 6

???: *laughing* Dance to the music with me.

Music was playing all around us, but the only thing was.

(Y/N): I don't know how to dance.

???: That's ok. I'll teach you and if you follow me we can dance for all entirety.

(Y/N): *laughing* You're silly, but I like that about you.

???: *giggling* Thank you, cutie pie.

(Y/N): *Yawn*

I was starting to feel tired and was thinking about going home.

???: Are you getting sleepy little one?

(Y/N): Kinda.

???: Come to me and enter my warm embrace.

I walked to her and she picked me up in a hug and started carrying me like a baby. While we were walking I heard my tummy growl.

???: Oh you're hungry as well I can fix that. I have a tea party set up for us just over there inside the ring of mushrooms. Plus I have a surprise for you.

(Y/N): Really?

???: Yes, to go along with your tea I have your favorite cake.

(Y/N): You have red velvet cake?

???: Of course, I would do anything for you sweetheart.

(Y/N): You're the best friend I think I've ever had.

???: I am the only friend you will ever have.

We were about to sit down at the table, but something made her stop.

Mom: (Y/N)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mom sounded worried so I struggled to get out of my friend's arms.

???: Hey stop that.

She flicked my nose.

(Y/N): Ow.

???: I said stop and you didn't.

(Y/N): But my mommy called me and sounded worried. I have to go.

???: But you're with me so you don't need to go.

I finally got out of her arms and started running back to my house.

???: Come back!

She sounded angry and upset. I stopped running and turned around to see her standing by the table crying. I took a few steps closer.

(Y/N): I'm sorry for upsetting you.

???: Friends don't just abandon their friends when they have plans.

(Y/N): You have to understand I need to go back or my mom might think something happened to me.

???: If you leave; you have to promise to come back.

(Y/N): Ok.

???: Say the full thing out loud for me to hear.

(Y/N): I promise to come back.

She stopped crying and I started heading back. The last glimpse I caught of her I could've sworn she was smirking. As I got closer to my house I could see my mom searching the backyard and treeline frantically.
