Later that day
The mansion of Aryan
"You shouldn't have done that Ahana." Kiara said drinking water.
"Did the PR team deal with it or not?" Ahana asked Aryan while taking water from the maid.
"They are working on it. The reporters are quite offended."
"When are they not. Leave that. Aryan arrange all the meetings tomorrow with the respective organisations required."
"I will do that but what about Mr.Kim? Won't he try to do something funny?"
"Don't worry about him you just arrange everything with the development. If he tries to do something then I will see him. He is not anyone."
"Okay so for tomorrow I will fix the meetings with the land owners and the ambassadors, okay?"
"Yeah. Now I am going to sleep. Night." saying this Ahana retired to bed.
Next day (10 a.m.)
Kiara and Aryan were talking when Ahana came down.
"Good morning." both Kiara and Aryan wished together.
"Morning" Ahana greeted back while sitting to have breakfast.
"When are we leaving for the meeting?"
Ahana asked once finished with the breakfast.
"In 30 mins. The meeting with the land owners is at 11 a.m. and the ambassador one is at 5 p.m."
"Okay. Are you coming too Kiara?" Ahana asked.
"Uhm….no what will I do there and besides I have to go to check up on the preparations for the engagement."
Ahana nodded her head and after some time they all left for their respective works.
Time skip (4 p.m.)
Ahana and Aryan were sitting in the car, they were done with the land owners' meeting and were on their way to the ambassadors now.
"This was not that difficult." Ahana said looking through the signed contract.
"It was not because you was there. They would be fools if they would have tried to postpone the signing even after the revised amount." Aryan said while driving.
"Money is literally everything for these rascals." Ahana said snorting.
"For whom is it not."
"I didn't go through the ambassador's file. Who are they?"
"Well…..the company's name is HYBE Entertainment. They are the most famous and the best artist agency in South Korea. And the artists which we have chosen are BTS." He said side eyeing her.
"BTS? Who have disbanded?"
"Yup they. Actually they are not a boy band now but they still do projects together and are still very famous in the whole of South Korea."
"But why them? I mean there must be many other good artists too."
"That's because of your motto. You always choose people who are trustworthy over the famous unworthy ones. They are the most dedicated artists I can find here. So yeah."
"Ohkay..."
They reached there at time and the meeting started.
"Hello Miss.Agarwal, I am Bang Si Hyuk, the chairman of HYBE." the chairman introduced while extending his hand.
"Hello Mr.Bang, I'm pleased to meet you."
The meeting processed further while the TIERRA team explained the contract to the opposite. Coming near the end, Ahana said "I hope there are no doubts Mr.Bang, as simple as it can be, your artists will be the brand ambassadors for TIERRA, mostly in South Korea but sometimes also in other countries. And they can't be the ambassadors of any other corporation as long they are aquainted with our company, they will be exclusive just for TIERRA."
"Why is that?" Mr.Bang asked in confusion, he didn't see any clause like that in the contract.
"That's one of the conditions in the contract Mr.Bang. Actually the most important one." Ahana answered.
"We will need some time to think about this."
"Well you can have some time but I think it would be good if you can call your artists here so that we can explain the contracts to them too."
"We are their agency Miss.Agarwal. We are supposed to fix the deals for them."
"But they are individuals too Mr.Bang. We approach artists through their agencies but we never just sign the deals with the agencies. The profits will be transferred to you but the actual contract signing will be done with the artists. So please call the artists here." Ahana replied in a professional tone.
Even after being reluctant Mr.Bang called them. They all came together.
"Did you call us Pd-nim?" One of them asked.
"Yes namjoon come and sit y'all. This is the chairwoman of TIERRA and she wants to sign the contract with you all personally."
"Personally? What does she mean by that?The company signs the deals for us." Another person said.
"Maybe they do Mr….." Ahana trailed off not knowing their names.
"Min. Min Yoongi." the person replied.
"Maybe they do Mr.Min but in our company we just don't sign the contrats with the agencies but also with each artist individually to prevent any problem in the future."
"And what is the contract about?" Another person asked.
"Your exclusive ambassadorship," Aryan replied.
Ahana turned towards Mr.Bang again and said "You can have some time to think about this all Mr.Bang but we expect to get a reply soon as we are in a little hurry. This is the contract for HYBE and these are the individual contracts. I am just here for this week so please tell us your decision within 3 days." Ahana completed while handing him all the necessary documents.
"Yes sure Miss.Agarwal."
"I hope to get a positive reply." She said while glancing towards the men. "We will take our leave then." she said and shook hands with Mr.Bang again and left.
Jimin's pov
We were in the building discussing about our schedules with our managers when someone came in and told us that Bang pd-nim asked for our presence in a meeting.
We all went there in the conference room. As we went inside we saw some people sitting opposite to our staff. Their backs were towards us. We came by side of pdnim and then I saw her. I didn't know who she was but she was beautiful. And not just beautiful she looked powerful and strong. She had that dominance aura around her. She was looking straight and haven't noticed me yet. Namjoon hyung asked about the reason for our presence there and pdnim told us that the lady was a chairwoman and she wanted to sign a contract with us exclusively and directly. This was weird, never have someone ever asked this. Yoongi hyung questioned her and she explained her company's policy. After completing she bid her farewell and left not before glancing towards me once.
