Since you and Alcina became official, your work load has lessened to very minimum physical work. All you really do is help Alcina with paperwork. As a result, you've been extremely bored, and haven't been able to find anything to do in order to cure your boredom. You'd tried cooking, painting, gardening and you just seemed to lose interest in everything after a while, that is, until Alcina strode into the library with an excited look on her face.

I thought of some ways to cure your boredom - She replied

You step into the room, awestruck by the absolute magnificence of all of it, the decorations, the design, the mural on the ceiling, obviously inspired by the Sistine Chapel, there were beautiful gold statues in every corner that resembled goddesses, although you couldn't exactly put your finger on which one.

Nonetheless, it was absolutely gorgeous, you don't know how long you'd been standing there, wide eyed, you only snap out of your trance when Alcina leans over and closes your mouth

She leads you over to the piano, you still in a daze behind her. When she started playing is when your attention shifted, her long, slender fingers hitting the keys to create the most beautiful melody you've ever had the pleasure of listening to, you start to think that this is what bliss feels like, until she started singing, the words rolling off her tongue like water, flowing down a waterfall, you can't even recognize the words she's saying.

After a moment, you realized that she's singing in Romanian, her angelic voice gave you an utmost feeling of comfort and safety, you stood next to her for what felt like hours, eventually sitting beside her on the bench, feeling the vibrations from inside the piano, until you were interrupted by Cassandra barging into the door with a handful of mail

Cassandra what have I told you about knocking before you walk into a room? - Alcina scowled

Sorry, mother, but I bought you the mail - Said Cassandra

Very well, just knock next time, okay? - She asked

Of course, mother- Cassandra said, skipping out of the room

I swear, those girls are the reason I drink - She mumbled, flipping through the mail

Oh, I believe it, they love to cause chaos - you tell her

Without fail - she sighs

A few more minutes go by when you glance over and see Alcina's eyes light up

Dearest, would you like to sneak away with me tonight? - She asks, smirking
