“Here are some clothes” I said while handing her a batch of clothing.
Since I found alot of clothes that had tags on them I piled some up and brought it to her.
“Thank you Lydia” she said and I gave her a warm smiled.
“I share some of your memories” she said
“Yeah I do too but they are beginning to fade. What's up with that”
“If I remembered correctly Grayson had them do something to us in that lab” I nod while looking at the ground.
“I see her in your memories” she said and I looked up to met her eyes
“Who”
“Marie” she said
“Um-”
“She seemed like a good mother” she said and I took a deep breath.
“I can't really remember much from my childhood but I just want to say that if things were different she wouldn't have giving you up”
“I hope” she said
“Mommy”
I turned to look at Lorenzo.
“Hey little man I thought daddy was reading you guys a story”
“I hate stories, the endings are always too good, nothing exciting, too fake” he said and I ruffled his hair.
“Okay then what would you want”
“A song but dad can't sing” he said and I smiled
“So I want you sing to me like you used to do” he said and I smiled.
“Okay” I said and he smiled.
“I’ll see you in the morning” I said to Luna.
“Good night aunty Luna”
“Good night sweetheart” she said and he hugged her.
“Race you to my room” he said.
“Deal” I said and he grinned
“Okay go” he said before running off.
I let him win but that didn't make him happy.
“You made me win”
“No-”
“Mom” he said while frowning
“Okay but you won”
“No I lost" he said
“Baby-”
“I want to work for something not just given it” he said and I nod
“Okay baby” I said and he nod with a smile.
I opened the door and he walked in first. “And they all live happily ever after” Valerio finished
