Created at the hands of ancient untouchable magic, Halence serves as a haven for supernatural creatures. Pockets of Halence are inhabited by fae, vampires, witches, spirits, werewolves, and unknown creatures. It is a mirror to the mortal realm, ever-changing with secret pathways that exist from one place to another. Halence in its beginning stages started as a world prospering off peace and harmony between the supernatural fractions but like all things, war and greed found their way into the realm and thus began three hundred years of war, three hundred years of bloodshed — The Red Rebellion.

After The Red Rebellion the foundation of The New Order was built, enforced by the most powerful and knowledgeable from each of the supernatural fractions from all of the realms, countryside, and the surrounding cities. Residing in the capital of Halcene, The Order is an influential power that has maintained order in the realm for thousands of years in both Halcene and the human world. Each supernatural race has selected members at the table of the order, and each race is a representative of it as well. Together they help maintain balance in the realms and joined together to create Kromnore Academy —a haven for all supernatural life.

In the Halcene countryside is an elite preparatory school for the exceptional youth of the supernatural realms known as Kromnore Academy. All races come together at Kromnore Academy from both Halcene and the human realm to learn their heritage and how to use their abilities for the better. The school was founded by the Royal Faerie Court almost a thousand years after The Red Rebellion with the help of the Coterie from the Vampiric Clan, the families from the Original Houses of Witchcraft, and the werewolves from the Pack Of Saints. They went on to make the prestigious school what it is known for today — an elite school for supernatural youth.
