Ava heard beeping
Her body felt exhausted
Ava slowly opened her eyes and was immediately blinded by the bright lights. Ava slowly look around and noticed she was in a hospital room.
"How long was I out?"
Ava whispered to herself
"You're awake" A doctor walked in and Ava stared at her nodding. "How long was I out?" Ava asked Ed her
"About 3 days"
Ava was in shock. 3 days??
"Where's Angelina!? What happened to the company?" Ava immediately asked her. "Let's break it down first and start slowly" The doctor said
"What was the last thing you remember?"
"Um well I remember seeing Angelina and I was in a hostage situation at the company" Ava said and the doctor nodded
"That's good that you remember" The doctor said
"Where's Angelina?" Ava asked
That was the only thing she worried about
"She's stressed I can say that. Visit here everyday and every second. However, she's at her office right now trying to ease down the hostage situation"
Ava sighs
"She seemed very tired and down. Mainly because of you. She was so worried." The doctor looked at Ava
"I think you want to give her a call to let her know you're awake" The doctor handed Ava her phone "I'll give you some alone time now and I'll check you up afterwards" The doctor stood up and left the room
Ava grabbed the phone and called Angelina
Angelina hasn't slept in days
All she can think about was Ava. Her company is doing better now. The suspects has been put in prison. But Angelina has so many paperwork and Ava in the hospital isn't helping her
All she wants to do is to go to Ava
Angelina felt her phone vibrating and checked it and tensed up when she saw Ava calling her.
Immediately she answers it
"Ava?" Angelina whispered
"Where are you? How dare you leave me alone in this hospital room" Ava said jokingly
Angelina felt her heart dropped
"Ava" Angelina choked on her words and immediately walked out of the office
"I'm going to you right now okay" Angelina felt her tears running down. "Please hurry I hate being in the hospital" Ava said
"Don't worry" Angelina said and ran towards her car and drive to the hospital
"Alright Ava your body seem to be doing good now. However I will give you some painkiller for that headache"
"Thanks doc" Ava smiled and the doctor left
Ava sighs and looked at the window
All of the sudden the door opened.
Ava turned her head and saw Angelina. Immediately Angelina cried and ran towards her girl. And oh how Angelina missed her. She craved for this girl everyday. "Are you okay" Angelina checked her body
"Yes just tired" Ava smiled
"Why are you smiling?" Angelina cried and held her hand
Ava pulled Angelina closer so Angelina head was on her shoulder
"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry" Angelina said that in repeat
"I should've been there for you I'm so stupid god what could happen to you. You could've died-"
"Hey it's okay I'm right here" Ava held her cheeks
"I told myself I will protect you gosh I'm so stupid" Angelina said "It's okay" Ava kissed her
"I missed you so much" Angelina leaned down to her shoulder again
"Your company!? Is it okay? Are they in jail?" Ava asked and Angelina nodded "Everything is fine now. They were put in jail yesterday" Angelina said
"Can we cuddle?" Ava asked and Angelina nodded. Ava scooted over so she can allow the older woman to hold her
And this was the best feeling Angelina ever felt in hours
"I love you Ava. More than you know"'
"I love you too"
The two women slept together after a long day
