Nightlydeath laid on her side as four kits suckled from her belly. she and hurricanewind named them burntkit, rebelkit and the toms are chaoskit and stormykit. hurricanewind was out on patrol and featherflight was laying beside nightlydeath. Featherflight was pregnant again with two kits while crowflight and swiftstorm are warriors.
Nightlydeath watched as her kits become apprentices. she and hurricanewind were so proud of the 4 kits. "Nightlydeath you are ready for your first apprentice you'll mentor tigerpaw, hurricanewind you have proven yourself worthy of the clan and you'll mentor sunnypaw" sedgestar meows. nightlydeath touched her nose to the black Tom who padded nervously of to the black she-cat. "You'll do great" nightlydeath whispers in his ear. "Thank you nightlydeath" tigerpaw meows softly. "let's go try hunting first your father was my mentor and he's a great hunter so you maybe too" nightlydeath meows. Tigerpaw followed nightlydeath out of camp. Tigerpaw knew nightlydeath was a powerful warrior and was nasty towards invaders and outsider. Nightlydeath suddenly yowled and tigerpaw shook his head and saw his mentor and a fox fighting. The fox was shoving nightlydeath towards a cliff. "nightlydeath" tigerpaw wailed. "run tigerpaw run don't come back for me run now" nightlydeath yowls and slashed the fox's muzzle. it yelped in pain and slammed a paw into nightlydeath's face knocking her off her paws and onto the ground. the fox ripped its claws down the side of nightlydeath's face and over her eye. nightlydeath wailed and kicked the fox in the face. Tigerpaw raced away and ran into camp. "help nightlydeath is being attacked by a fox" tigerpaw wailed. sedgestar looks up "tigerpaw can you lead omegaheart, owlflight, hurricanewind and coyotefang to nightlydeath" sedgestar asked. the Tom nods and takes off with the warriors following him. Tigerpaw jumped over a log and saw nightlydeath pinned down by the fox her head bleeding heavily. hurricanewind and owlflight ran at the fox. it whipped around and slammed it's claws into owlflights head. He fell to the ground in a heap of brown fur with blood pooling from his head. "coyotefang take owlflight back to camp" omegaheart yowled. coyotefang nods and grabbed owlflight. Nightlydeath laid on the ground her head was hurting really bad. omegaheart leaped on the fox's head biting into its eye. it yelped loudly and took off. hurricanewind crouched beside his mate "we'll have to Carry her back to camp" omegaheart and hurricanewind gentle picked up nightlydeath and she groans softly. omegaheart and hurricanewind quickly carried the bleeding nightlydeath back to camp. hurricanewind felt blood drip on his nose. "sweetheart,
Silverstripe" omegaheart yowled as they ran into camp. sweetheart gasped at the amount of blood nightlydeath was losing. "hurry and bring her to my den" sweetheart panicked and ran into her den with silverstripe and the toms. "lay her down gently" sweetheart ordered and went to get cobwebs. she returned and the medicine cats began to press cobwebs to nightlydeath's bleeding head. nightlydeath groans from them touching her head. "at least we know she's alive" silverstripe meows. sweetheart nods and pressed more cobwebs to nightlydeath's head as the blood began to stop.
Hurricanewind sighs in relief as the blood completely stops. "she's going to have scars on the side of her face and over her eyes but k believe she'll be fine" sweetheart meows. nightlydeath starts to stir a bit. suddenly sedgestar yowls for a clan meeting. "owlflight has just died from injuries suffered by the fox but on his deathbed he requested a cat to take his place as deputy" sedgestar yowls
