"Come on girls just one more lap" sierra said cheering them on as she already finished doing her 50 laps of the soccer field which let me tell you is really big
"So which sport are we going to practice today?" Holden Lauren the captain of the soccer field asked. She is from London
"Well we have the inter high preliminaries starting in three days for basketball and you are also having yours starting in 3days right?" Sierra asked as she looked at the soccer captain
"Yeah" Lauren replied while nodding and looking at girls infront of them who were gasping for breath
"Let's practice volleyball today" sierra suggested while Lauren looked at her in questioning gaze
"Well it would benefit both of us" sierra said while Lauren nodded in understanding knowing what sierra is trying to do
"Ok line of up" Lauren shouted earning a bunch of groans
"So today we are going to practice volleyball" sierra announced
"Hai" the girls said without questioning the captains as they knew better.
They knew that their captains are doing only for their own good.
As they reached the gym, sierra and Lauren began to discuss what the girls should practice
"So I think nakajima, hasegawa, Ogawa,Yamashita will be practicing serves because they need to improve more of their arm strength and jumping power.
Uchida, ishikawa, murakami and sasaki will be practicing setting as they need to learn how to aim properly and okada, hirawa, Nohara, hayashi and himura will try to spike them as they need to improve on dunks.
The soccer team can try to stop the ball with their legs as the girls spike as it can improve their reflexes and stamina
Oh yea, and your goalkeepers could try and catch the serves as it will be easier for them to catch the ball in case someone shoots a ball with more than average strength in a match" sierra listed while Lauren looked at Sierra in admiration.
Sierra than looked at her and gave a questioning look to Lauren
"Nothing it's just amusing that you know what to assign to whom" Lauren said while chuckling
"Of course I should know this stuff coming from a big sports family." Sierra said proudly while Lauren just laughed at her friend
"It must hard to look after them without your coach around. Kami I can't even imagine the pressure on your shoulders right now" Lauren said
"Yea but I am fine, sure they can be quite difficult to handle but being a captain it is my responsibility to make sure that they are improving" sierra said while chuckling
