"Is everyone here?" Sierra asked Sasuke because she came a little late because of her brother whining
"Yup only Uchida is left" Sasuke responds while checking the list
"Ok, I'll just go and discuss somethings with Nakajima, you wait for her" Sierra said as Sasuke nods
"Good morning" sierra greeted the team
"Morning cap/ Captain!" The team said
"So are you all excited for your first game of the year?" Sierra asked while blankly at them
"Hai!" They responded
"Hey cap, why are you looking so.." hasegawa said
"Scary" kimura said
"Serious" Yamazaki said
"And your gaze looks like you are going to kill us in any second" ishikawa completes the sentence
"What do you mean I am always like this before a game" sierra asked blankly
"Yea, get used it. Captain doesn't like to fool around before or during a match or even inside a gymnasium as she likes to keep a scary impression on her opponents and also not ruin her reputation" nakajima and sasuke snickered on the latter statement
"Will you guys shut up and let's go already, we have a match to play people so hurry up and Is sakura here?" Sierra said sternly as everyone quiets down
"Yes captain" uchida said while raising her hand to let sierra know where she is

The team soon arrived at gymnasium
"Alright people before we go Inside, I would like to say some few words to you" Sierra said as everyone's attention is now on her
"I know some of you may be nervous and worried about making mistakes. So let me tell you this, nothing goes as planned stop overthinking, everyone mistakes and it's ok to make them but I am not saying that you can do that knowing you are doing something wrong. I want you guys to give your best in every match wether our opponents are a strong team or not. Never underestimate anyone." Sierra started
"Don't go easy on the opponents just because you feel pity or don't want to play against your family/relatives because you will only disrespect them. It is a sport where someone is bound to win or lose, if you can't understand that than you are better off not playing." Sierra said bluntly looked at her shocked for her choice of words
"And if anyone comes and says to me that it was luck that we or the other team won, I will beat the shit out off you because there is no luck when you win or play nice during a game, it is hard work and your determination that got you there and if the opponent wins they deserve it, learn to deal with it instead of pushing it in on luck" sierra said bluntly as her team flinched a bit on her harsh words
"And never let one win get to your head, it's not going to plan your entire life whatsoever. I know I may sound harsh for saying this but it's the truth. If you let your behaviour affect the whole team then I will have to take a step. I am not saying to not have fun during a match or anything. It is a game after all, we play it to have fun but even if you are fooling around I want you guys to be in a right mind and focused. So please do not cause any trouble especially Sakura and Rin "sierra said sternly as everyone responded with 'Hai' confidently
"Captain you there are two Rins " nakajima pointed at ishikawa and hinode who looked confused
"Oh right, Ishikawa Rin I meant" sierra cleared as ishikawa whined and hinode snickered
