They both sat their in a quite awkward silence, Jake fidgeting his fingers with Sunghoon taking glances from him time to time impatiently waiting for the others to come.
Jake was quite uncomfortable of the silence, he was thinking of what to say to lessen the awkwardness when he remembers something that he actually was waiting for the right time to say, but is this really the time
Well times like this where both are alone are quite unusual since both either hangs out with others or are alone
"Um Sunghoon can you do me a favor" Jake looks beside him him and saw Sunghoon looking at him with a small smile
"Sure, what is it? "
"Be my fake boyfriend"
Sunghoon looked at him with wide yes with his jaw dropped, it's like he couldn't believe that he was saying that especially from someone he has a crush on
Jake looked down nervously, continuously biting his lip showing that he's embarrassed that he actually said that
"But why me? " Sunghoon pointed at himself after a few seconds of silence with a surprised Sunghoon and an cute flustered Jake
"Cause you're the one who I really trust" Jake answers shifting his eyes everywhere except Sunghoon
Sunghoon's heart fluttered at the answer, but at the same time he could feel pain. He wished that he didn't say 'fake' but he realized that wasn't going to come true unless he accepts him to be his suitor for the next months
"Ok, I'll be your fake boyfriend" Sunghoon ruffles Jake's hair as he chuckles when he saw the older couldn't look at him probably because he was shy after asking him that

After a few minutes, they both got a text from their GC that they couldn't come cause something 'urgent' happened, well all that waiting is definitely not worth it
They both sighed deeply, what do they expect? When it's Jay planning to hang out ofc they are going to ditch the duo, it's Jay for fucks sake

After that, they left the place and just planned on going to a carnival fair

"I bet I'm better than you" Sunghoon laughed as he watched Jake get desperate of the prizes inside the machine. "Ok mr. confident, do it" Jake scoffed, he rolled his eyes, expecting him to not even get one

Jake went silent, his jaw dropped slightly as he stared at Sunghoon with the prize. He didn't listen to the other, means not hearing the younger call him babe
"Give me that! " Jake ran to him and tried to get the prize but Sunghoon raised his hand up in the air still holding the toy
"Nope" Sunghoon laughed, he finds it cute at his Jake is jumping almost sulking like the puppy he is
