She saw you and was immediately concerned, "Y/N we have some real food if you're hungry" if you except her offer, you guys will have lunch together, not really for a lunch date but more so so you don't do that again and if you decline she'll just watch you, every now and then saying she doesn't understand you anymore.

She looked you dead in the eyes and asked "Why?" You just shrug and say "I don't know" she is just accepts the fact that she'll have to see you being weird and kinda stupid.
