" Nearing the end of College"

As a few months passing within their relationship, Y/N grew unhappy and even unstable. They were tired both mentally and physically. The thought of staying in his palace any longer wanted them to just die quicker.

They laid inside their room, reading the same book they had been reading for some time before hearing a soft knock on the door. Behind the door was none other than Malleus himself. He opened the door with a smile, holding a little box with a red ribbon wrapped perfectly around it. He began to approach Y/N, his eyes growing soft from their beauty. "Good Evening, my little angel." He kissed their head softly, gently taking the book from their hands and setting it down. "I have a little gift for you, dear~"

Y/N glanced up at him, slightly eager, "What is it..?" Malleus chuckled, taking a seat next to them. "Eager now are we?" He handed them the little gift and watched as they gently unwrapped the ribbon. Y/N gently removed the lid and found a little pillow inside, holding a crown, and a ring. Y/N's bright eyes reflected off the shiny objects, "But I.. I already have a ring..?"

Malleus chuckled, "Oh nonsense, I figured I'd get you something much nicer and suitable for your hand."

He reached over for their left hand and slid the spiky ring off their finger with ease. He dissolved the old ring into a pile of dust and slid the new ring onto their finger. Y/N took a look at their hand, their eyes widening from the sight. There was so many little diamonds etched into the design, they had no idea how much this was worth. Then within moments, Malleus picked up the crown, and placed it on their head. "See, doesn't this suit you, darling! I knew it'd match perfectly."

He turned their face towards them and kissed their nose, "Just one more week, then me and you will finally marry.."

He held their waist to his stomach, "Me and you.."

Hello, writer here. My apologies for the inconvenient disappearance. Motivation went down for awhile but I'm alive again. I'll start posting chapters in more detail and was wondering how you would react if I wrote another book like this except with another Character. Please comment below and give me some ideas, I'm itching to write again!
