" 1 Day.."

All had seemed peaceful that day, though Y/N was being prepared for the ceremony tomorrow morning. Maids had been treating Y/N like royalty to their full extent. It was like a Spa day in summary.

Y/N had been laying on their stomach, shirtless however. One of the maids had been massaging their back for their big day. Y/N actually felt relieved, they hadn't seen Malleus at all that whole morning, everything was actually.. Peaceful?

The maids continued to massage Y/N's whole body practically. They went in depth and made sure Y/N was perfect for tomorrow, after all, that was their orders from the Prince. One of the maids had walked in from a seperate room, holding a towel.

"Y/N, I have your bath prepared when you're ready. In the bath, me and another coworker of mine will get you all cleaned up, then you may relax."

The lady smiled, Y/N looking over at the Woman with a smile, "Thank you." Y/N replied, finally sitting up and covering their torso with a towel. The maid lead them to an open bathroom and began to undress Y/N from below. Once the maid finished, Y/N took a seat inside the bathtub and allowed the Maids to do what they needed.

They scrubbed their hair, washed their face, and even took the time to give Y/N a little pedicure for their nails.

"Thank you all.. It's much appreciated, really.. I feel so relieved.." Y/N said calmly.

The maids only smiled, "Well, this is what we were asked of. And besides, your just what the Prince needed.. Because of you he's been more kind to us, and nice. It's so strange to think this was because of you!! We should be thanking you, really."

Y/N's smile died down a little, "Y-Yeah.. I guess.."

The maids continued their work before leaving Y/N by themselves in the tub. Y/N simply laid there, occasionally playing with the bubbles, but mainly thinking to themselves.

Knock Knock.

Y/N jumped slightly, looking over at the door. They expected a maid to be there, but instead, it was Lilia.

"May I come in, Y/N..?" Lilia peaked his head through the door before receiving a nod from Y/N. They slouched a little more into the tub, hiding their body within the bubble-filled water.

"I wanted to speak to you before the wedding, if that's alright..?"

Y/N smiled, "I don't mind." Lilia smiled and pulled out a little box from his pocket.

"I know these past few months have been hard for you to get used to, but, I've tried my best to help as much as I can and.. I wish you a good luck on this next journey you'll be going through.."

He handed Y/N the box, a little key hiding inside. "What's this for?"

Lilia smiled, "You'll find out when the time comes.."
