After what had happened with taehyung ... he couldn't bear all the stress and guilt , emotions and everything was like eating him up...

Yes. You read right ... a day ! After a whole day taehyung woke up..
Taehyung's pov,
I could hear some rustling and shuffling of shoes as my eyes were close ...
My head was aching horrible and my throat felt like a sand paper...
Squinting my eyes open after a few moments with much hardness, I was welcomed by a beaming light Which made me blind for a second istg...
I started blinking getting use to it... The first question which came to me after processing my aliveness was..
"Where am I?" He mumbles to himself not aware of the distressed couple sitting on a adjacent couch whom just happens to notice his awakened state too
"TAE!!!"
"SWEETHEART"
A couple started making their way towards him, tae turned his head in their direction and confusion came over him..
"Mom?dad? What is this and- where am I?is it the hospital , how-?"
A hand on my shoulder cut me off..
"Calm down my sweetheart you are okay"
"Yes son, you fainted last day... I nearly had a heart attack, we were worried"
Taehyung's dad said planting a fake sad smile.
"Jimin found you unconscious, he quickly called ambulance. Honey, pls get well soon"
I palmed my head and said
"Alright , thanks and pls call jimin for me"
"Your wife was worried too, you should talk to him first"
My dad said sternly, I couldn't help but sigh at his response but nonetheless nodded .
They soon left,
And a furious jimin with calm chaeyoung entered..
"So you talked to him... again? Tae he left you. And still hurts but you won't let go if him? Where is your pride?"
"Oh , my Lisa would never do this to me... Listen, tae, we just want what's the best for you...there are many men out there— why him?" Chaeyoung spoke .
"N-no— stop!!! Please!!! Stop... Why—why don't you both understand?!"
Jimin wasted no second and wrapped his arms around his beloved friend..
"Chim,, I....I can't I can't live without him..."
"Sh-h it's okay taetae, I m really sorry"
FLASHBACK
Clinking of cutlery against the glass plates with occasional sips of fine wine was heard in the quite dinning room..
This was a normal routine of Kim's family.. a traditional dinner where they sit together and eat ... did I say together? Not really actually.
You see they may sit close and do things that a normal family do but the closer they seem , the farther their hearts were from each other...
In these types of relationships, one only had three things...
Money,power,greediness
But taehyung wanted far any of these things... he just wanted to live a normal life and love like a normal person..
He just wanted this suffocating dinner to end already so he can go up in his room and be as far away as possible but guess luck is not always on his side ..
"Darling have you heard about lee's son? He confessed that he's gay . Lee chased him out of the house , saying, 'I don't need a son like you" (Tae's dad)
"Oh, honey, it's scary .. what's happening to young people these days"
Tae froze hearing their conversation. Beads of sweat started to form on his forehead as he couldn't help but swallow the guilt forming in his throat..
Mrs. Kim pointed out his pale expression but tae just shrugged off saying he's fine but his shaking hands didn't get unnoticed but her mother ...
FLASHBACK ENDS
Stigma. A flashback that reveals the reason to why tae had to marry according to his parents choice. He had grown up in a typical heterosexual family that supports traditional values. Two portraits , given by the society, speaks of the idea that marriage and family is only between a man and woman. Sad reality.
Being a Asian myself I'd tell that in every Asian culture the son is deemed a heir and a successor. In conservative families a son should follow his parent's will, disobeying parents would be called "losing face" — losing honour and respect which will put your family's reputation at the lowest...

A very heartbreaking art.. it's not just about toxicity of gender norms..but also about bullying and childhood trauma as a result. Girls are told to be women and feminine . Boys are told to be men and masculine. And whoever is different will be shamed ....
