(Once they entered the portal, they saw a soul shard but it was behind bars.)

Bierce: We need to get that soul shard to get the gate open. Naturally, it's behind those bars.

Cadpig: Malak must've put it behind in there.

Bierce: Well, if Malak won't let us get to the shard, we'll have to make the orb come to us.

Doug Houser: How are we gonna do that?

Bierce: Go to the ring alter.

(They walked out of the portal and approached the alter. Wallace puts the pad there.)

Bierce: I just need to make few more changes to your brain.

Lucky: What do you mean?

Bierce: Don't worry, if you all start to feel dizzy, or you start to smell colors, just take a deep breath and wait for it to pass.

(The logo of a magnet appears on the tablet. The new power is called Telekinesis.)

Bierce: If it doesn't pass, quit whining and get used to it

Bierce: If it doesn't pass, quit whining and get used to it. I'm a movie star, not a brain surgeon.

Patch: Uhh, okay.

Timon: Telekinesis.

Pumbaa: Wonder how this works?

(They walked backed into the portal and approached the bars. Wallace switches it to Telekinesis and presses it. Once he did, the gate disappears but also the shard vanishes out of their sight.)

Precious: Ohh!! Now we can suck the shards around without us grabbing them.

Wallace: Yep! Now let's get in this door!

(They went through the door as their vision goes red. They then found themselves in a nighttime environment, with four ambulances parked in their spot, city far away with skyscrapers and what they truly see is a big hospital.)

Bierce: A hospital. Well, I guess everyone has to face their demons. Sooner. Maybe this place can help you all with that.

Lucky: A Hospital! Oh man, they're going to have needles. I don't like needles.

Spot: Lucky, calm down. Relax, we got you.

Simba: And what does she mean that we have to face our demons? What did we do?

Wallace: I have no idea.

(They entered the hospital and they stood there in shock)

Patch: What the heck?

Sally: Is this a strip club?

Wallace: I hope it's not.

(They saw nurses and dogs with bags on their heads and they were two dancing in front of a statue of a nurse holding a heart.)

Timon: Wonder why this hospital is a strip club.

(A Reaper Nurse stood beside says...)

Reaper Nurse: Are your shots up to date?

Timon: Umm... Yes, ma'am. We had our vaccinations and shots.

(They went up to reception desk to which they see a Reaper Nurse talking on the phone with her dog sitting by her side.)

Reaper Nurse: Mmm-hmm. No problem. Bierce? I see. How troublesome. Yep. We can handle that. You don't have to worry about a thing. (Sees the gang) Well, speak of the devil, looks like they just walked in.

(The dog by her side wakes up and sees the gang. She looks at the male dogs, Simba, Timon and Pumbaa.)

Reaper Dog: Ohh and the male dogs, the lion, the meerkat and the warthog are lookers. I think I have a crush on them.

Reaper Nurse: I know you do, girl. And that kid and the adult are lookers, too. (Talks to the phone) I'll get back to you shortly, okay? Bye-bye now! (To the gang) Greetings and welcome this place of healing and mercy! (To Wallace and Doug) Mind if I could get a closer look at you two?

(Wallace and Doug walks closer as the nurse takes at look at them.)

Reaper Nurse: Oh, you poor things. I see that life was not kind to you both.

Reaper Dog: Same goes for you males.

Reaper Nurse: You males still take care much of those pains. It must weight terribly on you.

Reaper Dog: Ah, and now you chosen to serve the deal breaker. How curious. Are you not aware that she only offers lies.

Lucky: Not quite.

Reaper Dog: Well, Lord Malak can offer you so much more. You need to only to return that what you guys taken from him.

Reaper Nurse: Settle down, girl. We'll get to that later. For now, you guys did the right thing coming here to see us.
