He's always monotone.

He hates anyone who wears a hazmat suit.
Unlike Radio, he kills people with insanity. Slow and painful.
He also eats dendrocnide moroides- also known as the suicide plant. He isn't effected- so if he ever invites you to a tea party, do not eat any salad or leaves he feeds you.
He's actually very kind and only kills people who cross the line.
He and Radio LOVE tea parties and if they had friends they'd be inviting them to tea parties all the time.
He gets stressed easily and when he does he clicks his pen.
