Immortal transformation

I went in the hospital there, with all of Zuriannas goons, I mean friends laughing and grinning for me to scream.
I went in and saw  a surgeon with a chain saw dragging it in someone and the scream echoed the room. Zurianna led me to the room in the back, and her friends were telling her to
"Make sure she  gets some growth supplements so shes not captured by someone." Said I think her name is Ophelia.
From what I've seen, it's common height for anyone is 6.0 six feet or 182.88 cm here so I'm short at  5:3 or 160 cm. That's the average height for someone on earth. Zurianna just shrugged and said this under her breath:
"Nah. I'll get to see her easier that way."
Anyways, as I got to the room, the surgeon comes in a says "A human?"
"A human nice I've seen very few humans here."
"Yea, can you get this over with please."
"Okay. If you say so."
"Did you crack its heart?" asked the surgeon
"Yes it was fun. " responded Zurianna with a smile. I like to do that."
"So, have you even had surgery?" Asked the surgeon.
" No  not really." I feel like I'll feel it the whole time. I don't see any Amnesia with me.
"Zurianna, hold her down."
Without warning, Zurianna then jumped on top of me and held my hands down and my legs.  I then felt a huge amount of pain as my heart was cut out. The surgeon had got out a chainsaw and she cut open my chest. I heard the sound coming through, and blood fell everywhere. Zuriannna was looking at my face and started to add more pain on by tapping me mouth shut as she started to use a needle to cut open the other veins on my body . Then after that, she cut all the veins out of my body. Zurianna was also leaning over, making sure I saw what happened. My body felt lifeless and gone and I was about to die. I went to grab on to whatever I had and tried to feel for Zuri's body. I was trying to keep my eyes open and saw her friends recording this, and one said,
"Okay. That's good doc, no more of that. There's no more heart left."
The surgeon then looked at Zurianna and I think she nodded.  The doctor then inserted a needle in my eyes, and I saw a huge heart the size of my head. It was beating way faster and I saw ophelia with a camera saying
" She's gonna cry let's goo."
I was not crying for that pathetic video so I stayed quiet bitting my lip.
"Wow, a human heart, and limbs.. "
[I knew she took out more than needed. -_-]
I then fell asleep later on not knowing what happened, and I woke up on Zurianna's chest.
