i started having a panic attack in school today guys literally full on crying seeing dots sweating hyperventilating. it was terrible and i'm now sitting in front of the main office waiting for my dad and i'm still shaking and why did i start having a panic attack because people started looking at me and i get a little panic when people look but i've never had a full breakdown like that before
even the principle came and asked if i was okay 😭
i just wanted to complain about that but anyway i'm gonna go drink water and try to calm down
but enjoy looking at my chicks 😔
