Hello, to whoever may be reading, I'll call you .( Let me know what a good name would be for you guys.) My name is Malika and I am one coily gal. I have type 4 hair, that is low porosity, and thick. I have been natural my whole life, but never knew how to do my hair, so I decided to go the loc'd route, but once I grew tired of the style I combed them out and cut my hair into a short tapered cut. Since then I have grown my hair past my collar bone, and I believe I am on the route to gaining the length that I cut off and even more. Soon I will post pictures of my hair, once I am done with my protective style challenge! I hope you enjoy the tips and tricks that I give you and use this as a basis to your personalized routine.
