Lynn: " Ight you ready Yaya?" Yaya: " Yeah let's go" She said putting her heels on and we walked out the house Lynn: " Ight the uber bouta pull up now, you sure you ready for this?" Yaya: " Yeah I'm good, I'm ready" She said taking a deep breathe Lynn: " Alright Tecca said something about the less ppl that go wit him the better" Yaya: " Ight" The Uber driver pulled up and we got in quickly. We arrived to this apartment complex and started walking to the party. We seen one of the apartments with mad people in front of the house and music blasting. We walked in and went our separate ways. I went straight to the drinks and took a few shots while looking around.
Donte: " The fuck you doing here?" He said yanking me away from my 3rd shot Lynn: " Um it's a party" I mugged him and yanked my arm away Donte: " Ain't nobody invite your opp ass here Patience" Lynn: " Donte I just miss you so much, I'm sorry bout everything it wasn't supposed to be like this" I said falling on him and he quickly grabbed me trying to keep me up Donte: " Man Lynn how many shots you take?" Lynn: " Idkk" I said trying to make myself sound more drunk than I actually was Donte: " I'm finna bring you upstairs you needa lay down" Lynn: " Noo I wanna stay wit you, baby I'm sorry" Donte: " We gon talk about this later Lynn" He said helping me upstairs. I looked behind me and seen Yaya dancing wit his friend. I winked at her and she winked at me. He laid me carefully on the bed and I pulled him down with me.
Lynn: " So you really don't miss me?" Donte: " I ain't say that" He said sitting down Lynn: " So why you so mad at me?" Donte: " Cuz you cheated." Lynn: " I didn't cheattt, people be lying on my name for what?? Like nobody wanna see me happy for real." Donte: " Ight Lynn" Lynn: " So we back together?" Donte: " Hell no" Lynn: " Mmcht baeeee" Donte: " I'm not yo bae, yo bae in a coma" He chuckled Lynn: " He not my bae, he my brother friend" Donte: " That you be fucking?" Lynn: " Let's not talk about him please" Donte: " Question answered." He said getting up and about to walk out Lynn: " Wait one more thing" I was about to say something when shots started ringing through the house. I sat up and crawled under the bed and Donte ran out the room. I waited until I heard the shooting stop and then slowly walked out the room.
Lynn: " Shit.." I said seeing Donte's two homeboys dead on the floor. I walked outside and seen Yaya down the street. I ran to her and then we got in the car wit Dot and Tecca and sped off.
Yaya: " That was crazyyyy" She said laughing Lynn: " Bitch you crazyy" I said laughing with her Dot: " Y'all needa shut the fuck up aint shit that funny" He said mugging us Lynn: " Don't be a mad hoe" I mugged him back Yaya: " Did y'all get everyone?" She asked Tecca and Dot Dot: " Yeah but I think Donte got away" He said mad Lynn: " How y'all let the main nigga get away" I mugged them Tecca: " We hit him but he started bussing back so we had to dip" Lynn: " Y'all so dumbbb, he ain't see your faces right?!" Dot: " Man hell no. Who go and do shit like this wit they face visible ?!" Lynn: " I'm just making sure" I mugged him

Donte: " Ahhh fuck" I yelled Bri: " Nigga shut up, acting like this the first time you've been shot" She said throwing a towel at me Donte: " You come get a bullet removed from you chest" Bri: " They was just a little off, if the bullet went any deeper or more to the left you would've been dead" Donte: " They can never kill me" I said smiling Bri: " Who even shot you this time?" Donte: " I don't know, but they got my mans" I said rubbing my hands down my face thinking of seeing Sunny on the floor when I got downstairs. Bri: " Please tell me not Sunny" She said stopping everything getting sad Donte: " Headshot" I said as my head began to hang low. Me and Sunny go way back, sandbox shit. Just hurt knowing I gotta break this news to his mama. Bri: " Oh my gosh" She said stopping everything she was doing. Bri grew up wit us too so she was just as close to Sunny as I was. Donte: " When I catch them niggas I'm killing everybody they love. No remorse." I said wiping my tears that had slipped out Bri: " I wanna help you." She said out of no where Donte: " Nah Bri, you not getting involved in this shit. You supposed to help heal us and that's it. I'm not tryna see you go either" Bri: " Sunny was just a bro to me as much as he was to you. I'm helping whether you like it or not. I got connects" Donte: " Mmcht you not gon let this down are you?" Bri: " Nope." She said putting a bandage over my stitches Donte: " Ight man Ima come by tomorrow" I said getting up shaking my head Bri: " Donte." She stopped me Donte: " Wassup" Bri: " Be safe" Donte: " I will" I said walking out and to my car. I decided I need to go talk to his mama now. I pulled up to her house and everything still looked the same from when we was kids. I got out and knocked on the door.
Maggie: " Who dis knocking on my door?!" Donte: " It's Donte Ms. Evans" Maggie: " Ohh my babyyy" She said swinging the door open with a big smile Donte: " Hi ma'am" I said smiling back Maggie: " Oh come in come in! How you been baby, you hungry?" Donte: " I been ight and no ma'am I just came to tell you sum" Maggie: " What's wrong baby, why such a long face?" She said pouting squeezing my cheek Donte: " Mama you gon wanna sit down for this" I said walking with her towards the couch Maggie: " What's wrong and where Sunny at? He never come to see me no more" Donte: " Ma...Sunny...Sunny is dead" I said trying not to cry Maggie: " What?! No not my baby?! Not my baby no Lord whyy?!" She cried heavy as I brought her into a hug crying too Donte: " Don't worry Ma, Ima find who did this and they gon pay. I promise you that."
