I was so excited for Kayden's parents to get here. I told him I was running late and that was because I was picking up the pen I had made for him and a nice watch.
I snuck it in and upstairs into a drawer before putting my gun and badge away and changing my clothes.

We went back outside to eat on the deck and enjoy our food and beer.
"Want to go walk in the sand after we eat?"
"I would love that Kayden."
We finished eating and cleaned up the kitchen and then walked hand in hand down the beach.
"Cookie?"
"We seem to be walking in that direction." He chuckled.
"A cookie is always good after dinner."
"I happen to agree with that. Especially a coconut or a mint chocolate chip." He said squeezing my hand.
We entered Cookie Grounds and Joy smiled. "Hey, guys!"
"Hey! We come for cookies."
"Remi said to get what you want always." Joy smiled.
"Is Aunt Remi here?"
"No, she went home about thirty minutes ago."
"We will take some strawberry, coconut and some chocolate mint please."
"Coming right up. Do you want a slushy?"She asked.
"Umm do you Kayden?"
"Yeah, I will take a blueberry please."
"Then I will take a cherry please."
Kayden took some money out and put it in the tip jar because he knows they won't let us pay.
"Thank you!" Joy smiled handing us our box of cookies.
We walked back up the beach some and sit in the sand enjoying our cookies and slushies.
"You can't beat this weather."
"No, you cant or the company." I smile over at him.
He leans over and kisses my cheek with his cold lips causing me to shiver.
"Are you cold?"
"No, but your lips are Kayden." I laugh.
"Are they blue too?"
"Yeah they are blue are mine red?"

I smile over at him. "I love you so much. Is it weird to say that I have never felt like this before?"
"No, it's not weird because this is all new for me too. I mean I dated but nothing serious and nothing that makes my heart beat the way it does for you."

"I think we need to get home." I laugh.
"If I suck all of this down now I am going to have brain freeze, Tiger."

He picked up a couple of shells and looked at them.
"Take them home because at some point your mom will come and visit and we can fill her a vase full Kayden."
"That's a really good idea." He smiled.
We picked up a few and then walked hand in hand with shells in our pockets back to the house and put the shells on the table outside and sit down on the deck.
We watched the sun go down and he wrapped his arm around me and kissed the side of my face.
"It's nice to be able to do that and not worry what you may think or that you don't want it."
"I always want your kisses Kayden." I smile over at him.
We sit there a little longer and I got a glimpse of my parents walking toward us. I waved at them and they walked upon the deck.
"Taking in the view?" I asked.
"Of course and your mom wanted a few shells."
"That's what we were doing," Kayden said pointing over at the shells.
"We picked them for his mom for whenever she comes in we might have a vase full by then."
I gave mom the eyes because she know they were coming in and she knew about the birthday party on Saturday.
"Well we just wanted to say hi we got to get home and get in bed we have work in the morning," Dad said.
"Goodnight guys!" Kayden smiled.
"I will see you both in the morning. Night love you."
"Love you too sweet pea." Dad smiled.
"Goodnight Julia, Kayden." Mom smiled.
Once they left we gathered up the shells and put them in the kitchen in a vase and locked up and went upstairs to the bedroom.
"Do you want to shower tonight or in the morning?" I asked him.
"Do we get to do naked things in the shower?"
