Patton is the embodiment of Thomas' morals and emotions, correct? Correct. So, I think that the temperature of his room depends on how he feels:
Happy=Warm, but not really.
Angry=Hot
Sad/Anxious=Cold
Worried=Cold, but not really
Normal=Normal
I also think that his room is slightly tinted to fit his mood.
Normal=Normal
Angry=Red
Happy=Light pink
Sad=Dark blue
Confused= Light green
Romantic=Dark pink
Anxious= Black
Worried=Dark green
