Every single animatronic in FNAF 2 would try and dismantle Balloon Boy. Why? 
Because:
1. He's annoying.
2. The only thing he can say is 'Hi'.
3. The children loves him more for some reason.
4. He stole Freddys' microphones, Bonnies' guitars, T. Chica's cupcake, Foxy's eyepatch and hook, the Nightguard's batteries, The Puppet's music box, and Golden Freddy's ear.
5. Made the carousel malfunction.
