The air was warm and the breeze calm, it was the perfect weather to represent the last week of the semester before the long-awaited summer break. Luffy had organized a plan with a couple of friends, and some help from his brothers, that he and his "crew" were going to stay out in a cabin in the middle of who knows where. They had all been saving up money to rent out the cabin for two whole months, not surprising it was Namis idea for them all to save up together, but it worked out well, they were after all just a couple bucks short and would surely have it by the end of the week. Luffy stood outside one of the lecture hall rooms waiting for his older brother, Ace, to finish his last class of the day. They had made plans to hang out together, not sure what exactly they were going to do but whatever it was they'd be sure to do it together. The door finally opened and senior students filed out, Luffy bounced excitedly upon hearing his brother's cackling laughter that reminded him of a snickering Hyena. Ace approached Luffy, the two having bright smiles that rivaled the sun. Before the noirette could get a word in, a feminine voice had called out, her arms waving excitedly
"Ace!" Her voice called outAce turned to the sound of his name; his grin almost seemed to get wider at the sight of the woman as he responded with chipper "Rose!"
Rose, or better known as Rosemary, was Aces girlfriend. She had long golden blonde hair, the tips dyed red and pulled into a high ponytail. Her hair always reminded Luffy of fire, her eyes were a deep amber and she too had freckles pressed against her cheeks and a small cheek tattoo. She was a little taller than Luffy but shorter than Ace, he had learned she was a year older than Ace and also went to Grand Line University. She was majoring in Mixology, she makes the best orange juice he had ever tasted therefore she was good in his book. Luffy's head tilted as Rosemary hugged his brother tightly, curious what she was doing here.
Almost as if the woman could read his thoughts, "I wanted to invite you two to the arcade, I heard there was a new ice cream machine and thought of you guys, plus it'd be my treat"
"FOOD?!" Luffy's arms shot up in glee
Rosemary seemed to find this funny as laughter tumbled out of her while accompanied by a hug from Ace in thanks. And soon enough they were on their way to the arcade for some fun.

The evening sun casted long shadows as it hid behind the drifting clouds. The slanting rays of gold from the setting sun gave a warm orange tinge to the sky with hints of soft pinks and hues of gentle lavender. Luffy walked in front, a grin from ear to ear was plastered across his face and a large stuffed tiger plush under his arm. One of its eyes held shut, it reminded Luffy of a familiar face but at that moment, he wasn't able to put his finger on it. Rosemary walked beside Ace who held a pout staring at his rather sad winning, which was a plastic spider ring that barely went to the second knuckle on his index finger. The blonde had offered multiple times to share her prizes, but Ace had declined every time. Luffy had laughed smugly when he discovered his brother's lack of tickets, only to earn a swift smack in the head from him. Eventually the group went their separate ways, heading to their respective dorms.
Luffy shoved the door open, after closing it behind him he ran off to go find out where his dormmate was to show off the large prize he had won. As he thumped down the hall. Luffy watched as the bathroom door opened, he found himself stopped in his tracks and staring with his mouth agape. Out had walked his dormmate, Zoro, which would be a normal thing but this time he was only in a pair of sweatpants. Luffy watched as water dripped down from his damp mint hair and onto his tanned skin then down his chiseled abs wear a long scar laid. A towel hung around Zoro's shoulders, part of it being patted into his hair, he looked over to find Luffy staring at him and greeted
"Oh, hey Luffy, you're back" The older hummed calmly
Luffy swallowed, his head nodding in response to Zoro. His eyes pulled away from the others chest, moving to meet his eyes instead. He didn't understand the way his heart pounded against his chest or why it felt all fuzzy and how his cheeks felt warm. A small huff of a laugh blew through Zoros nose as he raised an eyebrow.
"Earth to Luffy" He teased, "Somethin' you wanted to show me? I heard you runnin' around out here"
Luffy had almost forgotten! He picked up the plush he had somehow dropped and held it up. Now he knew why it looked so familiar,
"It looks just like Zoro! I won it at the arcade with Ace and Rosemary!" He grinned, his signature laugh bubbling out. He looked back at Zoro, his cheeks seemed to be soft red, maybe he had a sunburn? Luffy brushed it off as they walked down the hall together.
