Sonny: He's a police officer (a good one). He might have some enhanced stats, like enhanced strength or enhanced intelligence.
Vox: Demon shit, like immortality or curses. Does extreme knowledge of dirty-mindedness count? Idk.
Ike: He can write. And scold. Really loudly. And flip to yandere side. Pretty cool.
Uki: Crystal ball go brrrrrrrr, also yandere 2.0
Fulgur: I really just want to say he can turn his hands into cannons or has cannons on his hands. Kinda like iron man minus the money and some of the brains.
Alban: Magically disappearing and appearing out of nowhere, some smartness, stealing abilities (magically takes pen from someone's pocket without touching it?)
Luca: He's a mafia boss, can that be counted???
Yugo: Android sound powers les gooooo
Shu: Curse you! Literally! Actual sorcery powers though, very powerful. And can silence an entire room once he actually actually curses.
Mysta: Like a Ranpo ability, his insane intelligence activates once he does something, not sure what it would be though.

I honestly think based off of lore, Vox or Shu would be the strongest. Like in a situation where some evil thing happens or something goes ballistic they'd be the ones to completely stop it.
Still would be scared if I had to fight any of them in an actual fight. Except for Mysta. He's a dog. Just toss a bone somewhere.
