10 years have passed since the fall of the Republic and the Jedi order any surviving Jedi have gone into hiding while others have decided to fight the empire.
Anakin Skywalker's former student Ahsoka Tano had fled to the Jedi holy world ilum after the events of order 66 but now she leaves the small village just outside the icey temple she has created with Rex's help and is going to search for survivors of the Jedi order so she can offer them a place at her new order the Gray Order where force sensitives learn the force and how to maintain the balance.
Her first thought was her old master anakin Skywalker so she got in her ship and jumped to hyperspace heading to anakins homeworld to search for him hoping he too survived the Jedi purge.
