It's been a month since we got back from New York. Javon and I have been pretty busy trying to balance out school and all our other stuff for work. I've had heaps of photoshoots with big brands and companies which has been amazing and even Wanna has had some too. Recently, I have been offered a role in a new movie which I'll start filming for soon but luckily it's based in Atlanta so I don't need to move around. Wanna and I have had a few small fights every now and then but they usually resolve themselves after 10 mins because we feel too bad for each other. I've become even closer with Jayla and Jaden which I can tell Javon sometimes gets jealous about but he gets over it. When we got back from NYC, Wanna and I got an invitation to the oscars which was super fucking exciting. Who would have thought that I would be invited the FUCKING OSCARS!? NOT EVEN INVITED! I GOT NOMINATED! A year or more ago, I was sitting in my room applying for the role of euphoria with no expectations of getting the part. And now. I've become a popular character on the show, a model and have a new movie coming up where I am the lead role. I can tell my dad's extremely proud of me because he likes to remind me every minute but I guess I can say that I'm pretty proud of myself too.
Today is the day of the oscars and I don't think I've ever been this nervous. It's my first time going to an event this big but I'm glad I can go with Javon. The award I've been nominated for is the Best female actress under 20, but I doubt that I'd win. Wanna wasn't actually nominated for an award but was still invited. He told me he didn't really care that he wasn't nominated as it would be too much stress to loose. Yes, I have a pretty big role in euphoria but its highly unlikely I'll get the award. A week ago, my manager took Javon and I to a fitting so that we could pick out matching outfits for the oscars. Both our managers said it would be great for us as a couple and for pictures. We tried on many suit and dress options for hours until we found a matching bright yellow dress and suit.
