I stepped back and almost fell over when I hit into something. I turned around to be met with green eyes. I quickly apologized, and that was when I realized that it was the same man from the coffee shop.

"Don't worry about it." He said with no emotion.

I nodded my head and put my milk in the cart. I went to say sorry again, but when I turned around, he was gone. I was confused but I just continued with my grocery shopping. Once I had gotten everything I needed, I payed and started walking home. It was a long walk to my apartment and my arms ached with the weight of the grocery bags.

I finally made it and now all I had to do was make it up the stairs. I got to my apartment and put all my groceries away. I collapsed onto the couch. I was completely exhausted. I had been working nonstop for two weeks without a day off. I had to work otherwise I wouldn't even have enough money for food.

It frustrated me how other people my age and even younger had way more money than I did. Some of them didn't even have to work for it. I worked hard and appreciated everything I had. I had a stressful day, so I decided to go and wash it away in the shower.
