Dear Santiago,
The hang out with Yusrah was fun. We played in her backyard, ate ice cream, and watched our favorite cartoons. Although I'm sixteen, Mama never allowed me to watch films of any kind.
As a Muslim girl, my parents were very strict. Now that I look back on that. I missed when Mama and Baba were on good sides.
I haven't seen Baba today too. Maybe he is staying at Uncle Adam's house. Mama went to visit one of her friends. She didn't talk much to Yusuf and me. Nonetheless, I'm happy to know that she was trying to be happy.
School was busy, and as a member of the SS1 class, we were given lots of assignments.
See you tomorrow (hopefully),
Amal.
