Casey was in shocked she was trapped at the mercy of her sister 

after a moment of silence Nea proceeded to head to the kitchen leaving Casey sat cuffed to her bed in a Diaper after about 5 minutes Nea returned with a blue baby bottle filled with milk Nea proceed to approached Casey before kneeling  beside her Nea untied Casey paci Gag and before Casey could say a word Nea shoved the bottle into Casey's mouth 

without a choice in the matter Casey begun to drink but as she begun to drink she realised the  milk tasted very strange as if something had been added after Casey had finished the milk she felt her stomach rumble as she waited for what was to happen she watched as Nea left then room again after wait about 5 minutes Casey's stomach was ready to burst yet still no sight of Nea until just a moment later Nea returned with two things to Casey's horror 

Nea walked in with 2 of Casey's best friends Alexandria and Stacey  including her own BOYFRIEND Alex along with another Diaper and a Vibrator 

Casey's face turned bright red too embarrassed to speak as her two best friends and Her Boyfriend looked at her naked wearing nothing but a diaper cuffed to her own bed in her own house

Stacey begun to burst out with laughter

Casey tried to free herself from the cuffs but to no avail but after that Casey's got some very painful stomach pains 

(Alex) realising Casey was in pain realised it was probably time for Stacey and Alexandria to leave

it didn't take much but finally Stacey and Alexandria agreed to leave 

Nea waited realising she might not have the time to have her fun now she also decide to leave saving Casey from Nea's wraith

Alex bent down next to Casey and started to uncuff Casey 

(Alex) you ok

(Casey) my stomach hurts like hell apart from that i think im ok

(Alex) ok lets get you to the toilet and we can discuss why your oh 

At that exact moment Casey's stomach let go as slimey mushy poo pushed it way into Casey's diaper

(Alex) looks like ive got a lot of work to do
