I sniffed and started to speak after what seemed like forever.. "Thank you,Vidh"..
He was still soothing my back while staring somewhere distant "Thank you?" He laughed and I smiled at the sound of it just like old times
"Yah for putting up with all of my shit" He smiled
"You know I missed this part of you..Not the crying part.. The admitting part that I am sad that I feel low.. You don't have to hide anything from me...we are past that, don't you think? " He smiled a reassuring smile...i tried to do the same but I can't...he was serious and of course he saw how I treated him at times and that was the time I knew..i have been wrong all along.."I promise..i willn't again" I nodded more to myself than to him

At Verma's Residence

Vik-Sir, Abhi sir is calling

Sid looked up from his laptop and nodded

After sometime

Sid knocked on Abhi's Door and opened the door to see him playing with his fingers nervously

He looked up at the door's creak and grinned at Sid

Abhi-Chotte! (He exclaimed and went to hug him)

Sid smiled seeing him so excited

Sid-BHAI! (He hugged him back)

Abhi broke the hug and dragged Sid towards the bed and made him sit

Sid raised an eyebrow

Abhi-Chote! I have a good news!

Sid grinned

Sid-you're pregnant! Congra(Abhi placed a hand on his mouth and glared at him)

Sid mumbled "fine" With a tired expression

Abhi-Fine! so basically.. (He paused for the dramatic effect)

Sid said in a singsong voice-Dhum tana na na(and yawned for the effect)

Abhi glared at him again

Abhi-your brother is getting maaaarieeeddd!

Sid nodded without realising and then replayed what abhi said again in his mind and then turned and looked at Abhi with his eyes wide

Sid-No you aren't!!

Abhi-Yes yes I am, chote!!

Sid-I can't believe!

Abhi-Nor can I!

Sid-who the hell is that unlucky women who agreed to marry you, dude!

Abhi glared at him and pushed him off the bed

Sid-Ouch! What the helll,man!

Sid got up dramatically while rubbing his arm

Sid-When is the wedding though?

Abhi-Day after tomorrow (he looked at him for his reaction)

Sid-what? Wh-what the hell? Where the hell did other functions go?

Abhi-We did engagement and ring finding ceremony back in Germany because we wanted to(he gave him a sorry look) and we don't want to do any other functions.. Direct marriage

Sid-Why didn't you invited me?(he looked at him with a confused expression)

Abhi-She wanted to invite only family and.. (Sid cuts him off)
