Next Day

Sid-Dad! Pops!

He opened the door to aditya verma's room

Sid-it's time for you to rest-Dad?

Sid checked the bathroom and all the other rooms but there was no sign of his father

Sid's POV
There's no possible way he could have left the house..he never does that..not for anything

He calls all the servants and bodyguards asks them about the whereabouts or anything that they knew about him

Sm1-sir the last time i saw him he was in the garden taking a walk and wished that we leave him alone for sometime..we didn't leave we were there but it was like my gaze blurred for a second and he wasn't there any more

Sid-wasn't there any more!? You get paid in lakhs just to say you gaze blurred for a second!? Get out of my sight before I do something irreparable (he fumed).. Go!

Just then his phone started to ring it was an unknown number

Sid-Hello?
Sm2-It's been such a long time,my friend
Sid-Aly it's you

Sm2 is rii

Rii-It's really such a pleasure to know you still recognize my voice,verma..and well as for your dad he's with me don't you worry I will take really good care of him

Sid-don't you lay a single finger on him you bastard! Vermas kept a peaceful alliance with you alys only so you could stab us in the fucking back!? I would do anything you want aly just leave him be please

Rii-oh look at the precious heir of vermas begging..well yah sure whatever come and take him verma i am not interested in hurting him till then watch your back AND your house at all times buddy goodbye

Sid-ALY! LISTEN TO ME-

Rii cuts the phone

Sid-Get the car started!

(He shouted to one of his bodyguards)

He straps himself with his guns and sits in the car while constantly shouting at his bodyguard to go faster

After half an hour he reaches to the aly mansion

Sid-ALY! COME OUT YOU FREAKING COWARD!

The door to the mansion is open with two bodyguards at the front gate

The bodyguards at the entrance stop him from entering

Rii-let him through! He is a very welcome guest here

Sid looks at him raging in anger

Sid-stop with your dramas already aly where is he!? Tell me!?

Rii-sit down my friend-(sid cuts in)

Sid-i am not a your freaking friend I am asking you for the last time..where is he(in a calm threatening tone)

Rii-Well if you are asking so nicely(he smiled) I actually have no freaking idea..did I say I had him? Well I guess I lied

Sid-stop playing games with me aly

Rii-oh no but really I am as curious to know where daddy verma is as you are

Sid-didnt I already mention I am tired of your games?

Rii laughs

Rii-but I am not even playing this game my buddy..the one who is..she already played you(he smirks)

Sid-she-? NO..Of course you are not talking about-(he stops mid track)

Rii-i didn't say anything bud(he continues to smirk) oh this is so fun I love this now sid tell me why would she do that? Where would she take him? Oh wait-you don't know that(he laughs)

Sid smacks Rii in the face

The bodyguard move to catch Sid but Rii holds up a hand as a sign to stop

Sid-i am not wasting my time on you..I have my dad to save or else you would already be dead by now

Sid turns to leave..the bodyguards block his way

Sid turns to glare at Rii as a sign to give his bodyguards an order to leave his way

Rii raises one of his eyebrow innocently

Rii-oh did I say I wasn't a player in this game? Well I guess I lied(he smiled) I am really sad tho that I am a side character it's really boring(he makes a grumpy face) I only have to stop you from reaching to your dad till THE PLAYER wants me too so let's have a drink for the old time's sake friend come on

Sid glared at him and moves towards him in anger just then rii's phone rings

Rii-Oh! Look who's calling! (He smiles and picks up the call and puts it on speaker) Hello Player I have been waiting since so long this player that you left me to guard is no fun at all

Sm1(a female)on the other side of the line laughs

Sm1-Now What did I say about us being the only fun mafias left,Aly? The verma here isn't that fun either

Rii-exactly the reason I partnered with you malhotra(he smirks)

Sm1 is avu

Sid snatches the phone from Rii's hands

Sid-where is my father!?

Avu-Didn't Aly had him? (Feigning innocence)

Sid glared at Rii while Rii held up his hands in innocence

A voice from Avu's end came through the phone which wasn't hers

"HELLO? SIDHARTH? IS THAT(he coughs) I AM REALLY SORRY SON I FAILED YOU"

sid-DAD! NO YOU DIDN'T AND I AM COMING TO GET YOU!

avu-well that ruined all the surprise element and this basement is so very dark..see you very soon verma..or so I hope for your father's well being bye(she makes a kissing sound)

Sid throws the phone across the room and pulls out his gun
