This story starts when Annabeth moves into a house across the street from a boy. The boy? Percy Jackson, of course. The two hit it off, but, well... they aren't as they seem. Percy used to be abused as a child, and the memory still haunts him. Annabeth thinks her family doesn't love her, and she's tired of being a perfect straight A student. We all know opposites attract, but what about two awkward sixteen-year-olds who just wanna be free of the struggles they've been through?
