Hello sweet readers!! I have an announcement to make for you all.
I had finished writing "Never Again" in the spring of 2021 and between that time and the summer of 2022 I had been looking back at the story multiple times (usually at 1am) and I would read through it only to cringe at my old writing and plot ideas.
There are some minor plot holes in this story along with many other issues but besides all that, I had a nice idea for a new sandlot fan fiction story and I have just published the first chapter. (At 1am...).
It is titled "Puppy Love" and though it is based on the sandlot it is also based in the 90s instead of the 60s which I think is a nice twist.
It has a POC main character named Yiara Flores who is mixed with a Hispanic father and black mother. That's a small bit of information on the main character of "Puppy Love". She is an artist and she has a background story that will be included in the story.
For this fanfic I plan to give Yiara a personality that strays from just the sandlot boys and Benny himself so you can know her and love her as I do. (She might be my fav OC yet!!). There are also multiple OC's in the story and I hope you can all check it out after reading through this story which I deeply apologize for.
In summary, I hope that if you somehow enjoyed this sandlot fanfic, that you would consider reading my newer story that I plan to have no plot holes in.
