What a great day to start a morning while the radio is playing your favorite music, humming through it, and cooking a break for two.. Well..
"good morning" chaeryeong felt a hands wrapped around her waist and a sudden kiss on the cheek and on her temple she chuckled and said "good morning too ryu~"
Ryujin smiled and sit on the dinning table since chaeryeong is almost done preparing on their breakfast and since her coffee is already serve she took a sip and open her phone
Just a while chaeryeong place a two plates with pancakes and a two forks and spoons
they were eating QUIETLY which chaeryeong find it AWKWARD she cleared her throat making the older glance at her
"um.. can i ask something..?" chaeryeong nervously ask ryujin nodded while looking at her eye to eye
"go on" she said
chaeryeong look away when she met the older eyes "do you perhaps know what today is?" she ask
'hmm' ryujin made the noise, thinking.
chaeryeong glance at her, while ryujin who glance at the clock, to her phone
"it's Sunday, June 5 2022, 9:05 am" ryujin neatly said and then her gaze turned to chaeryeong
"why?" ryujin ask chaeryeong shake her head and said "n-no nothing.. thanks" ryujin just nodded and continue to eat her breakfast

"ryeongchae i'll go now! i'll be back" ryujin said as she wear her shoes "eh? it's sunday tho.. you're going to work?" chaeryeong ask
"a-ahh yeah i am.. mr. park is calling me im sorry" ryujin said chaeryeong sighed and nodded
"it's fine just.. don't be late hm?" chaeryeong said ryujin nodded and kissed the younger forehead
she smiled before saying goodbye the younger "i'll make it up to you love i promise" ryujin said
"okay."

"hey ryeong something's wrong?" her bestfriend lia ask chaeryeong shake her head and said "no nothing unnie.." lia hums
"CHAERYEONG UNNIE!" someone shout before chaeryeong could looked at that person she felt a sudden pair of hands on her shoulder
"Happy birthday unnie!" yuna the youngest one chaeryeong turn around and smile "aww thanks babe" chaeryeong said yuna smile and hands her a right big size of box, with a red ribbon, and a pink note outside the box
"you don't need to yuna" chaeryeong said yuna shake her head and smile "me and lia unnie buy that for you, so you better take it!" yuna said chaeryeong glance at lia who smiled at her
"happy birthday ryeongie" lia said as she hugged her chaeryeong pouted and said "thank you.. very much unnie, yuna"
"aww no need to thank us ryeong, you deserve that" lia said
yuna nodded at her and said "you really deserve that gift unnie"
"thank you.. really."

"you're unbelievable ryujin!" a girl says
"i had to do that yeddeong!" ryujin said yeji glared at her and said "i feel bad for chaeryeong.. for sure she's upset"
ryujin sighed "i know.. and i had no choice unnie.."
"why do you even lied about it, it's easy to tell her "happy birthday chaeryeong!" or give her anything!" yeji said
ryujin look at the older and smile "because i have a better gift for that unnie"
"oh gosh you're so annoying!" yeji said before she left

"I don't she forgot chae" lia said chaeryeong press her lips together
"yeah it's really stupid if she forgot about it, i mean ryujin unnie was always the first one who's greeting you" yuna said
"and if she did i swear i'll kill her" lia said trying to lift up the younger mood
chaeryeong chuckled making the two girls laugh

'8:33 pm it's already night, ryujin is still no here..' chaeryeong thought
the she heard the door knob click she look up and saw the older looking exhausted
she stand up and walk towards to her
"im home" ryujin said chaeryeong smiled and gladly took her blazer off
ryujin look at her and smiled "did you wait too long?" ryujin ask wrapping her hands around the younger waist
chaeryeong shook her head and smile removing the strand hair on the older face "no not really."
"did you eat?" chaeryeong ask looking at the older eyes that she really adore
"yeah.. me and yeji unnie already eat" ryujin said as she rest her forehead on the younger shoulder,
"ahh.." chaeryeong said "then.. should we-"
"aren't your going to ask me something?" ryujin cut her off chaeryeong look at her looking confuse
"h-huh?" chaeryeong stutter
ryujin takes chaeryeong hands and then she took out something on her pocket
chaeryeong eyes widden while ryujin just smile at her
"happy birthday love~" ryujin said as she put a ring on her finger
"r-ryujin.. i thought-"
"forgot?" chaeryeong nodded "no why would i forget your birthday love? it's your special day" ryujin said as she cupped the younger cheeks
"it was just a couple ring, it's not the real ring.. not yet." ryujin said
chaeryeong hit her and glared at her while ryujin just chuckled and hug her
"i really thought you forgot about it!" chaeryeong whined
"im sorry~" ryujin said
"i hate you."
"i love you too my ryeongchae"
"oh and one more thing" ryujin said as she broke the hug
"what is it?" chaeryeong ask
"happy birthday love" ryujin said as she pecks chaeryeong lips three times
chaeryeong chuckled and said "thank you~"
