Perspective is a powerful tool of daily resilience and here are 5 ways I use perspective for daily resilience

1- Positive reframing : go from a negative thought, to a neutral thought(using but i am doing my best or will do better next time), to a positive thought

2- Imagine that someone you admire stepped in your situation what would they do

3- Perspective journaling, imagine you could talk to someone you're a fan of , or you would fancy having in your life

4- Perspective talk, imagine someone wiser,or your  higer self  was in your body how would she/he react

5-Perspective moraling, talk to yourself as if you were someone of authority how would she help you get focused or productive again?
