Melanie returns home after about an hour. Frank escorted her away and she and Freddie and Josh went to an AV club meeting.

"Hi, what did you want to talk to me about?" Asks Melanie

-Hi, we have a request for you, we wanted to record our own songs and we need help. Says Sam

"That's great, I know you yourself have a beautiful voice and I'd like to listen to your songs, but I don't understand what I could help you with. Says Melanie

Thank you, but you haven't heard Carly yet, she has a beautiful voice too. Says Sam

-Thanks, but maybe we can tell Melanie our plan? Asks Carly

-I'm waiting for it. Says Melanie

"We wanted you to ask Frank to help us with that. Says Sam

-Why don't you ask yourself? Asks Melanie
"Because he doesn't like us, and he'll listen to you. Sam Answers

-Okay, but Freddie could do something like that too, remember when you recorded a song for a guy who lost in America Sings? Asks Melanie

"Well, yes, but I want Freddie not to know that yet. Sam Answers

"Sam, at least if he didn't tell you something, it's out of concern for you, and why don't you want to tell him?" Asks Melanie

-Because it is supposed to be a surprise for him. Sam Answers

"Okay, then I'll ask Frank, but he doesn't promise anything. Says Melanie

Carly, why don't you want Josh to do it? Asks Melanie

For the same reason sam doesn't want Freddie to know. Answers Carly

-Okay, I'll help you. That's right Melanie

-Great, and how to meet with in-laws? Sam Asks

-Carly, I managed to succeed and with you. Melanie calms her down
