Lewes, Empire of Parpaldia

"What is it? what the fuck is going on here ?" asked Jon, the head of the fishing village Lewes. He had been drawn out due to the commotion.

"'The sea has disappeared, sir. It's not some unforeseen low tide either, the lagoon, our boats, they have all been replaced with some jungle, some fence, and some people,'" a fisherman said.

Jon couldn't believe what he was hearing. Sure, the fisherman was known to not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but the fact that there was such a huge crowd here means that something is very off.

"Alright, make way, MAKE WAY," Jon instructed. Moving his way through the crowd, he saw what the men were talking about.

In front of the crowd was a long chain link fence. There was an opening, with what looks like a guard post there right on what appears to be a paved road. The road itself abruptly cuts off. The post was manned by a few men who appeared to be soldiers. Unlike the blue uniform of Parpaldian soldiers, these soldiers were dressed in green, with small squares of either light or dark brown. They also had a helmet, though the design is very different from any Parpaldian headgear. There was a flag there. It had red and white stripes on it, with a dark blue box on its top left corner. In the box, there was a crescent moon on the left and a many-pointed star on the right.

Jon approached the guard post. He wanted to ask what was going on. As he approached, the soldiers on the other side raised what appeared to be firearms. Jon felt a tinge of fear. The fear was so strong that he almost pissed his pants.

The soldier on the other side suddenly said something. Jon could not understand a single word as the language was far too foreign. Instead of talking to the soldiers and accidentally getting everyone shot, he decided to ask everyone to go home.

"Go back home guys, we don't want to end up shot," Jon said loudly, asking the crowd to disperse. "We will have to inform the nearby garrison. The situation is far too big for us to deal with."

Office of the Prime Minister, Putrajaya, Malaysia

Prime Minister Azmin Aniq Hamdan bin Ekhsan was under a lot of stress. He had just sworn in as Prime Minister three days ago and immediately shit hit the fan. While it had been three hours since the white barrier that seemingly surrounded all of Malaysia had vanished, the situation is still not great for the nation.

First off, connection to the Internet was lost. Both government and non-government websites are inaccessible. The same goes for GPS(Global Positioning System). It's as if the satellites have all vanished. Panic is gripping the populace and the Royal Malaysian Armed Forces is fearing that the nation is under attack.

And things only got weirder from there. As the barriers disappeared, the geography beyond it has become very weird. Instead of the much narrower land bridge, the geography beyond it had changed, with the land seemingly opening up wider. What's worse, there seems to be backwater villages and towns right next to it, which never existed there before. Sabah and Sarawak reported the disappearance of Brunei and the rest of Borneo, meanwhile Johor reported that the bridge leading to Singapore had just been cut off, although the structure seems to remain stable. Singapore itself is also missing.

The situation in the skies is completely anomalous. Various groups, including the Malaysian Space Agency(MYSA) and the Star Finder Astronomical Society have reported that the stars in the sky are completely wrong. While some people are hypothesizing that the entire nation got transported to another planet, the situation is, admittedly, too bizarre.
