Chapter 4 Part 1: 𝒯𝒽ℯ 𝓉𝒶𝓈𝓀 𝒶𝓉 𝒽𝒶𝓃𝒹

Mattheo Riddle-

God. I was so tired. I was pretty frustrated when the bell rang and it was time for class. But I was glad I would see her again. She stole my heart away and what happened in Potions was one of the best moments of my life but the old walrus got in our way. I loved her so much and she drove me crazy. I don't know what it was about her. But she was so damn gorgeous. I got up knowing very well that I would be late. But I didn't give two shits. Once I arrived I found a seat next to her. I looked at her and smiled and she smiled back. God. I would do anything to call her mine. I looked up at the board but it was very hard to focus with her next to me. I pretended to focus so no one would suspect anything. I wrote down some notes (which I barely understood) and constantly raised my hand (though I was hardly chosen to answer (which was a good thing for me)). When class finally ended I decided to walk with her but unfortunately we weren't alone. Penelope was accompanying us.

Five Harrington-

I walked out of Greenhouse 3 with Tom. Lately he seemed really proud of me ever since I found out what he's plotting this year. I accidentally caught him reading a book about the chamber of secrets and figured it all out. I decided to help him find it when he told me he couldn't. He also told me not to tell anyone. I kept my word and decided I wouldn't tell anyone. As Mattheo, Penelope, and Mia walked past us I saw Tom giving him a nasty glare. "Is everything alright my lord?" I asked. "Yes, Five everything is perfect" he said, without looking at me. I knew he wasn't telling the truth but decided not to argue. We continued to walk when Theodore and the twins came. "Hey" Theodore said. "Hello Theodore" Tom said, then looking at the twins "Rabastan, Rodolphus". They both bowed their heads and said, at the same time "Good day my lord?" "Very" he replied coolly. We soon arrived and took our appropriate seats. 

When our final class finally ended we headed to our dorms. As I was exiting the classroom Tom pulled me aside and told me to meet him in his dorm. I nodded and headed to his dorm, wondering why he wanted me to go there. When I arrived he was sitting on his bed. "Take a seat" he instructed. I took a seat on the couch across from him. "You are probably wondering why I insist that we meet. The answer to that question is simply to discuss certain things with you". I waited, he continued "I need you to dispose of Mia and her pesky little friend Peyton-or Penelope, I don't know, whatever her name is I don't care". A nervous feeling jolted in me. How was I to dispose of Mia? I didn't want to. Her and Penelope were my friends. How was I supposed to do this? "M-my lord, with all due respect...I d-don't t-think I c-can" he gave me a questioning look "Why is that?" he said, slowly. I looked at him, worried of what he would say once I told him "There, there my friends my lord. If you need-" he cut me off "Five, are you seriously that foolish? Come on I asked you for a reason" he chuckled softly "I didn't mean it like that, I obviously meant to get rid of them when we have our little gatherings". Get rid of them? How? It was as if he had read my mind. "Just get them away is basically all I'm asking of you" he looked at me curiously "now, is that so hard Five?" "N-no my l-lord of course not" I said, looking down. "Excellent, thank you Five you truly are the best" he said. I then got up and left the room, taking in what he had just asked of me. Now it wasn't that I didn't want to hurt their feelings, it was just that I didn't want to burst their bubble, which I guess is basically the same thing. Just as I was sucking in the news Mia and Penelope walked toward me. Oh boy.
