These past few weeks have been a blast. I can't believe I finally reunited with Mia and Lorenzo.
And to add to all my joy, Mia has been giving me loads of signs that she's interested.
I try not to get too excited whenever she sends me flirtatious signals but my stomach can't help doing a little summersault everytime.
However, besides my trauma from the last time we dated I also haven't tried anything because technically she was still with Tom.
Which by the way, i'm praying for the day that she breaks up with him.
I still don't get what he had that I didn't.
But as long as she finally sees that he isn't worth it, then that's all I care about.

Finally.
Today's the day Mia finally decided to break up with Tom.
I can't explain how happy I am.
This is the happiest I have been in a long time.
Mia throughly planned it out and everything , which was the best part.
Lorenzo and I decided to go with her just in case, which was a good idea because the moment Mia wouldn't accept Tom's apology he stormed after her and cast the killing curse.
"Avada-" Tom cast pointing his wand at Mia.
Luckily, we were both there to deflect it.
"Oh my god Tom, you have not changed one bit!" I shouted as soon as Mia came running to Lorenzo and I.
I stand corrected.
When he turned to face me it was like I couldn't even recognize him anymore, he was like a completely different person.
"Hello to you too, brother" Tom said, finally gleaming his red eyes at me.
"You're sick, Tom" I said, in disgust, shaking my head.
"And yet, you haven't once called to check on me" he laughed "my, brother you are still the same dumb boy"
"shut up!"
"tell me, why haven't you thought to join my cause?"
"because it's the wrong thing to stand for...and I firmly stand for what I believe in" I replied coldly.
He chuckled menacingly before saying "my dear brother this isn't a thing to stand up for your beliefs...it's about power...and those too weak to seek it"
"just because I don't go around killing people does not make me weak!" I shouted
he chuckled...playing with my emotions
"don't listen to him, mattheo, he's just a douche bag that'll never learn" Mia replied coldly, glaring Tom and grabbing me by the arm.
Tom watched as Mia continued to drag me (with Lorenzo following closely) in the distance until we safely apparated back to our place.
"God, he's mean" Lorenzo said, catching his breath as we landed at the foot of the door.
"Yeah, you could say that" I replied nodding my head and smiling.
