The crackle of radios all across South and North America crinkle to a stop. Suddenly a blast of a siren horn is heard and the voice of a dark figure conveys the following message:
"Greetings, enemies on the mainland.
I am General Victor Lorient of the Confederate States of Cuba. 35 years ago, my father died fighting against the union but that is not why I'm here. I forgive you, men die in war, that's just how it is... Today, I am here to announce the death of your fathers, your mothers, your brothers in arms. We are announcing a joint military operation with the state of Marbe against the state of Brazilia, in cooperation with the SALF. Why must you all know of this. To any nations out there that dare impede our operations: any transgression will be met with nuclear response. On our island, we store the last remains of the true arsenal of the States, untouched by the Canadian traitors and unlike the Candleworks, we are willing to fire if God deems it fit.
Our operation will go unhindered. Unless, unless. chuckles See you on the other side in that case.
