It was the weekend and my mom was working. I was doing absolutely nothing. Me and Nick havent spoke to eachother in 3 days. Kinda weird, I miss him greeting me every morning. I miss him in general.
i felt a different way towards him. He would make me blush, give me butterflies, and get me all flustered when he did something cute.
I wish we could just talk and sort things out but i didnt know how.
I've checked into our chat probably a million times typing something out and then deleting it.
im too scared he'll leave me on read.
Tao: Film Night?
Elle: im in
Charlie: yes!
Isaac: okay
y/n: sure.
Charlie: it'll help get your mind off of nick!
Elle: wut why what happened??
Tao: he did exactly what i warned her about.
y/n: we were suppose to hang out and cancelled last minute.
Elle: booooooooo
Charlie: IK!
y/n: i wanna talk to him
Elle: you should try
Charlie: be careful
Tao: NO

y/n: i wanna talk to him in person. I'll do it on monday

Tao: what movie are we watching?
We decided on watching Lady Bird.
we were all on the floor of Charlies living room with blankets and pillows everywhere and bowls of popcorn.
I was having fun, I finally got to meet Elle in person which was great! She's so sweet.
I was still thinking about Nick though. We were talking about watching the Marvel series together.
"are you alright?" Elle asked me
making everyone turn and look at me
"yeah im fine, just thinking about Nick" i said
They all looked at eachother
"are you thinking what im thinking?" Elle said with a smile
"oh no" i giggled
"GROUP HUG!!" Tao shouted
a couple hours later i decided i wanted to go back home to sleep in my own bed. I felt safe in my own bed in my room like its my own nest.
it was 2:00 am and i was watching youtube videos of Tik Tok memes.
my phone went off and i picked it thinking it was the group chat or something.
it was Nick.
I opened his message and began to read
Nick: im sorry i've been avoiding you. Can we talk?
y/n: yeah
Nick: I lied, my mom didnt actually want me home that day.
