Elle: im so happy for you y/n!
it was the next morning and i have never been more excited to get to school. For obvious reasons.
i loved seeing nick everyday, just having small conversations with him, helping him with his homework even though i have no clue how to do it either.
he's gentle, and kind. He's not like many other people i've met, he's different and genuine and he sees thr bright side of things, always.
I walked up to the school gates walking past them pushing my way through everyone in the hallway, nick texted me last night he wanted to meet in the library so we could have a small moment before form. If i wanted to i'd kiss him in front of anyone, but people dont usually like PDA
i walked into the entrance of the library, heading to the way back. i stood there looking around, Nicks not here yet.
until tow arms wrapped around my waist lifting me up into the air, spinning me around making me giggle. I knew it was Nick, it was his special move.
he sat me back down and i turned to face him.
"are you going to kiss me or just stand there?" Nick said jokingly
i grabbed his tie pulling him towrds me and smashing his lips onto mine, he was shocked to say the least, no ones ever done that to him, but he liked it.
he thought it was bold and hot. (in a non weird way-no sexualising here!)
i let go of his tie and wrapped my arms around his neck kissing him more deeply and dancing my lips on his, he placed his hands on my waist pulling me closer, our noses glided across eachothers as we began to kiss less gentle and more aggressive.
i pulled away to catch my breathe, i looked at his lips and they were swollen with a shade of dark pink, matching his cheeks.
"your adorable when you blush" Nick said giggling
i rolled my eyes trying not to smile, "its adorable when you struggle to kiss back" i replied
"I cant help it sometimes i get so excited to kiss you!" he said wrapping his arms around me
we stood there holding eachother for a few minutes until the bell rang, we made our way down the hall hand in hand to form
"where are we eating lunch today?" Nick asked me as we were walking down the hallway
"i was thinking, what if we sat with my friends you can properly meet them" i replied
"oh, okay sure" he replied "but, what if they dont like me" Nick said
"then thats their problem, but im sure you'll get a long" i said
"hey guys!" i said sitting down at the picnic table, with Nick sitting down next to me
"hi" nick said awkwardly
"hey!" Charlie said
Isaac just waved and Tao sat there with a straight face
Charlie looked over to Tao and nudged him with his arm
"hi." Tao said blankly
"so...how's your guys days so far?" i asked
everyone said their day was fine or good, just kinad of the neutral thing to say. We were all chatting and just casually talking, having a good time. until i looked down at my lunch, i was thinking about just digging in and eating because i was hungry but also thinking about the satisfaction i'd get if i didnt eat it.
i didnt know what to do, sometimes its hard for me to eat in front of people, i was hungry, all i wanted to do was eat. but i felt like i shouldnt.
"hey" Nick whispered
"hi" i whispered back
"you alright?" he asked
"yeah, im fine." i replied
"we can go somewhere else alone to eat if you feel more comfortable" nick said
"no, its fine. i need to do this, i need to learn how to eat in front of people" i said
nick gave me a small smile
i smiled back
i picked up my sandwich nervously and brought it up to my mouth, i felt my stomach ache, but i pushed through it.
i ate my whole sandwich and it was good, im proud of myself, i could do it.
the rest of the day went well, today i was happy.
i had a good day
it was the end of the day and i was standing at the school gates talking to my friends.
charlie, tao, isaac and Nick. elle walked up to us and said her hellos to everyone
"hey wait i have an idea!" elle said
"how about we all go to the mall today, together!"
"that sounds fun!" i replied
we rode the bus into the town and walked around the shops and walked around the mall, i bought a few things but only small items like candy, socks, a necklace and some crystals.
"those are pretty" Nick said talking about the crystals i bought
"you think so?" i said turning to him
we were walking a bit far behind from everyone
"yeah, i like the pink one, looks cool" Nick said
"its rose quartz, helps with love" i replied
"how exactly does a stone help with love" he asked sarcastically
"its a crystal! and its not like its magical, its a spirtitual belief type of thing" i said
"whatever you say y/n" Nick said
i rolled my eyes playfully and wrapped my arm around his.
he leaned over and kissed my head whispering "i love you"
i grinned, just hearing him say that again gave me butterflies, i looked up at him and stared directly into his eyes
"i love you too" i replied
he gave me that signiatare smirk and that always made me smile, i truly love him so much.
